The pharmacy team is so blatantly rude at this location. It's as if they've lost any sense of humanity at all. They care zero about the customer.

Was lied to by staff regarding my COVID vaccine appointment, and when I showed up staff claimed they had no knowledge of my appointment, even though I had spoken with the pharmacy on the phone already, who assured me it would be fine. Was insinuated that I was making it all up, which is a pretty poor way to treat your customers during a pandemic.

Checked online inventory before I went to the store, which is 30 min away. Said they had 13 disinfecting wipes in stock. Got there, couldn't find them, checked online inventory again through the app while in the store, still said 13 in stock. Asked an employee if they had them. The answer was no. So somehow inventory was off by 13. Complete waste of my time. Love it!!! :-)

There's a Hispanic lady that works at this pharmacy and she is so incredibly rude. We went in the other day and she proceeded to have an attitude when I asked her a question about my prescription that she couldn't fill, even after I explained that my dad has cancer; and I totally get it I just needed a deeper explanation since I just didn't understand the first time she explained. I have never been treated like this and we've been coming here for years. Definitely considering a change in pharmacies because of this.

I just have to say, Nikisha (hope I spelled that right) is by far the greatest employee I've ever seen at a Walgreens or any retail store for that matter! She is ALWAYS smiling and so incredibly personable. She brightens my mood when I'm lucky enough to shop at this location when she's working. The world needs more people like her! We all get fed up with our jobs and don't want to go to work all the time, but I really appreciate those that can smile and be upbeat at work. She truly deserves to be recognized for the sweet, upbeat employee she is!

I'm not sure how each store is managed but the pharmacy at this location is nothing short of incompetent. 4 out of every 5 pick ups are wrong. I'm overcharged, quantities are wrong, they realize they don't have the meds after having me wait an hour, constant follow up with Drs because they erroneously click the wrong item in their own computer system wiping out data......... Each time promises are made to note the file, each time simple things are missed. I will be filing a formal complaint. Seek other locations.

I went to this Walgreen's about a month or so ago to take advantage of a special. The ad in the paper said buy one Schiff glucosamine and get the second free. So, I went to this store and found the item for sale at about $20.00 each. I have always paid about $13.00 each. When the other store has the special it does not increase the price. It stays at $13.00 with the second one free. I decided not to buy this item. While at this Walgreen's I decided to get a tube of Tom's of Maine tooth paste. The cost of this item was over $7.00 per tube. I have never seen Tom's of Maine priced over $5.29 per tube, and never paid more than $4.99 per tube. Guess where I will never shop again.

Regarding the pharmacy department: Pros: They've never given me the wrong medication. Cons: Everything else. I recommend you drive further & get better service elsewhere.
