Experience ordering the glasses was great. Picking them up was annoying. Why say you close at 6:30 when you're not gonna be open til 6:30. I don't plan on buying from here again.

I love the ease of the process for appointments and the staff is very Friendly! The Eye exam is a great experience and the appointments are timely . Great place- I was told pricing up front and had an excellent experience. I worked with Arturo- the best ever! The eye doctor was very friendly and explained everything to me. Would definitely recommend!

Went in tonight for an eye exam. Everyone was extremely friendly and the process was smooth. What I don’t appreciate is being swindled into a service that cost extra and not being told that a) it was optional and b) it cost extra. They knew I have not been in since 2019, I do not go regularly come for exams to know what all goes on. I was told “we are just going to take a picture of the back of your eyes”. I say okay because I assume it’s part of the exam? Then I get my invoice and see I was charged $35.00. For what? They did nothing with this information, they didn’t tell me what it was for or what the results were. I paid $35.00 extra for absolutely nothing and I am extremely displeased with being tricked into something without any disclaimer.

Great selection of eye wear. They do need to work on one thing - they n the e this slow down and take time with their patients. It’s like you are 100% rushed when you get there - I dislike that aspect so much. They need to learn how to value the customer as that is a huge part of any business these days. Slow down, take time with your customers they would be 1000% more loyal.

I went to Vision Works in Batavia today, the young man at the reception is very friendly and professional. He fixed my frame and didn't charge me for the service. Answered all of my questions regarding the purchase of my next eyeglass frame and treated me with care, respect and skill. I highly recommend this store.Thank you!

I went to Vision Works in Batavia this afternoon to have a screw replaced in my sunglasses which had fallen out. I was greeted when I entered and asked how they could help me. she immediately replaced the screw and didn't charge me. very polite and helpful. Thank you!
