Mom's sim died. They could not help me. They tried but without her being physically there they could not help me. They were very polite and professional. They did try a couple ways of setting up a virtual sim and etc. I understand it was for security reasons that they could not help me and I do not hold that against them. Very nice people to do business with

We have been with AT&T for 25 years but would not trade in our iPhones. Went to Verizon and walked out with2 new iPhones for free and our monthly phone, watch and internet services will cost much less that AT&T. Best part was we got to work with Brittany (store manager) and Raes (sales person)—they were awesome. We walked in late but they took the time to get our new phones started up and transfer all our data—they stayed over almost an hour extra. Came back the next day and they continued to help until everything was set up. Brittany was so kind, patient and knowledgeable!! what a great employee.

Apparently Verizon does not expect people that work for a living to be able to visit this location with the store closing at 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. Absolutely ridiculous.

The minute I walked in the store , I was immediately assisted by a Verizon Specialist, Angel. He was welcoming, patient, and had great communication skills. I was in and out! This Verizon store is also very clean and overall a great experience.

I am very upset I went to the store to exchange a phone that I had ordered online and they made a mistake and they sent me the 128 GB phone when I paid for the 256 GB one and when I got to the store I waited for a while and then Cesar took care of me and the truth It is that I had a very bad experience, he did not help me at all, he was very rude to me, I asked him if he could help me activate my new cell phone and he told me that if he helped me he would charge me $29 dollars for helping me, he is very rude to me.

They send promotions that they don't honor based on some catch in the fine print just to get you in the store and waste your time

Went in to Verizon to refresh my old pixel 3. It's been acting a little wonky.. got a guy who just wanted me to delete my data and apps, he kept telling me not to do it, goofy.I explained I wanted a full refresh (a reloaded operating system)He just finished with delete your data or call Verizon technical support ..Not a good experience, think the staff is geared to new sales not customer support

I needed help with using my iPhone 13 Pro on my husbands Verizon cell number. Caesar was so patient and accommodating and solved my issue. My experience in the past is that this Batavia location has always been the best to deal with in the area. Thank you.

Very happy to submit a positive review of this Verizon location after visiting on 1/7/23 because of a (stressful!) hardware problem with my very old Samsung Galaxy phone. The Verizon team member (Angel) was extremely helpful, doing some basic troubleshooting on my smartphone, as well as outlining my options for upgrading to an up-to-date phone. I found Angel to be very knowledgeable, both with smartphone hardware and software in general, as well as with Verizon's new smartphone offerings. He patiently answered all my questions, and I didn't feel any 'sales pressure.' Of all my interactions in the last 15 years with phone store personnel -- across several cellular carriers -- Angel ranks at the top, and is one reason why I remain a loyal Verizon customer. Thank you!
