Great UHAUL location in Batavia. I have used them probably 7 or more times. Moved my Dad out of his home and into an assisted living facility and rented a truck from them twice this week.Always clean and trucks are always ready for quick pick-up. Friendly staff. Highly recommend! There are always stressful things when moving, but this experience is not one of them.

BEWARE! I wanted to share my horrible experience with the owner (Shawn Viland) of the Batavia Parcel Service on Randall Road in Batavia, in regard to their U-Haul services. I rented a 10-foot truck yesterday to move my daughter and returned it with a full tank of gas by the time I was supposed to. This morning I got an extra charge for 2 gallons of gas (at a ridiculous price) because the owner said it was not full. I went there this morning to ask about it and when I arrived he said he already sent in the reading to their corporate office (where they do the billing) on the gas tank and it wasn't full. I told him I drove to the Walmart in Batavia to get gas last night - filled it up and drove a few blocks to his parking lot and dropped off the truck - with a full tank! Since he started arguing with me, I asked if I could see the truck to check it for myself. He reluctantly gave me the keys before he said it was taken out again this morning. Well, I went to the truck and took a picture of the mileage and the gas tank was full! No one had taken it out, the mileage was the same as when I dropped it off. So, when I went in to tell him that he was wrong and that he made a mistake, he would not look at the picture and started to rant about him having 3-4 customers a month that claim they had a similar gas issue, and that he has high blood pressure. Well, he refused to make it right - was yelling and told me to take it up with UHaul - which I did and they refunded my money once I sent them a picture of the full tank with the exact same mileage. This guy is very deceitful and if I had a problem I'm sure others have too. If he had apologized or done something to help, this would be different, but he just yelled, raised his hand at me and walked away yelling. PLEASE BEWARE and do not use them! It's a bummer because they are in my town where I've lived for over 40 years.

They were very good to work with.I had challenges on my end with my move.They made it easy to extend my rental for and extra day, then again for a 3rd day.If I need a truck or van, I will definitely use them again.Highly recommend.John

Thanks to Sean who helped me find a trailer to rent when multiple other U-Haul dealers couldn't find any. He didn't even get my business, but helped me make the reservation! I highly recommend using them.
