“Superior customer service from Charles!!
I have been visiting the store for the last couple weeks trying to collect cylinder vases for my daughters wedding.
Charles has been so helpful in telling me when the shipment is coming in and has been tremendously helpful with my planning and making me feel at ease.
The centerpieces will look beautiful and I am so thankful that, this has been working out.
I have been to many dollar tree stores over the last six months and I have to say this location has been the best and Charles is because of it!

“Here, you must be relaxed to find what you're looking for. It's a huge space. It's the former space of Toys R Us in Aurora, IL. Usually, I feel like I'm on a treasure hunt. At those prices, you work for it.”
“Really nice candy store with a large variety. Despite some attempt at organizing, everything is a little all over the place which made it difficult to navigate and not everything has a price tag on it. I liked the Jubes they sold which were delicious, and I was happy they also sold candy bugs. My younger teenage brothers enjoyed it too, a lot of novelty items and a lot of weird sodas.”
“Awesome experience here, today! My daughter loved pushing her own toddler cart around. The variety here is great and they have complimentary gift wrapping services. They did a way better job than I would have and it was free!”
“We absolutely love coming to this toy store; they offer so many events for the community (candy tasting, story time and craft, tonie swap) which makes it such a special place for our child - getting to know other kids in the community, the super friendly staff, and try so many demo toys! It’s a lovely environment. They often have sales and discount events. I also like that they rotate toys that are popular and always have new stuff coming in! The free gift wrap is great for parties/birthdays and the birthday boxes are such a good idea. We personally love the variety of stock; there’s always something for everyone! overall, I just feel that this store offers such a personalized experience for kids and a sense of community, so much more than just the average mega/superstore.”
“The manager on shift tonight(9/5/24) was amazing, she helped us purchase the pumpkin kitty because it showed out of stock online but she knew they had it in store, she contacted her higher up for us. My boyfriend and I go here every year on our anniversary and she made our day even better ❤️”

“Super cute baby store! I love stopping in for special occasions. Unfortunately though, I had my 13 month old in tow with me today and asked if they had a bathroom to use and a worker told me that they did, but no changing table. Was a total bummer because you would hope in a baby store, there would be some baby friendly accommodations.”

“Came in looking for something for my husbands birthday and wasn’t really sure what to get him. Ric was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. Even with customers in line, I have never seen someone handle all of the chaos while still making sure everyone felt taken care of and he has an amazing personality. He had the whole store laughing and smiling. I felt bad for him because he was the only person working on such a busy day, but that didn’t stop him from having a positive attitude and making us all feel acknowledged. KUDOS TO RIC!”
