I did a walk in it showed around 40 minutes wait for walk in. I signed up then it went down to 30 then jumped to 45 mins and stayed there for another 15 mins. I walked out the total wait was over 90 minutes when I checked back. That is ridiculous and deceptive business practices. This location I stopped going to before for stuff like this.

I ask for a little off the top and to clean up my hair that has been growing out for a little over 6 months... by the time they finish, my hair is almost a buzz cut.

I have had enough of this place. The hair cutters are prima Donna's. I signed in online arrived on time checked in and was the next inline according to the app and the board. A guy walks in signs in and is taken by the woman who is supposed to take me. I waited an additional 15 minutes and walked out. This has happened more than a couple times and they just blame the app . If that's the case get a new app. I'm not coming back. Over priced too.

I was recently in for a haircut and beard trim. Beth was my stylist and she did an absolutely phenomenal job. Very meticulous when it came to my beard. Definitely recommend her to anyone

I will I could leave no stars!Be prepared to wait and then when someone who had a haircut prior comes back in and needs a refresh, they will allow them to cut in front of you. Check in on the app 45 minutes early and said that I would be seen at approximately 5:00. Got there at 4:50 and the screen said that I had another 45 minute wait. At 5:30 another gentlemen walked in and put his name on the list and he was several names below mine. At Approximately 5:40 the stylist got complete and I was ready to get my haircut as the waitlist had my name first. The gentlemen who came in after me went up to the stylist and talked to her and shortly thereafter he got called up. When I asked why, they said that he had a "refresh". I immediately walked out and will NEVER be back.

Excellent location providing a consistent overall experience each trip. Was compelled on this particular trip to actually spend the time to review as Beth knocked today's cut out of the park. Thanks Beth!

Would put zero stars but it’s not an option. Walked in with flow and told them I wanted it to be trimmed and cleaned up at most an inch off everywhere I would add pictures but it is so bad it’s like the stylist had never cut hair before the stylist told me that she didn’t know how she wanted to style it when I said I wanted to keep my flow I now look like Ellen DeGeneres and I don’t want to be seen for the next six months

Very nice staff, wait was about 15 mins for walkin. Haircut was way better than great clips.
