I stop for truck fuel once in a while. Yesterday, I forgot my coffee at home when I left for work so I stopped in for coffee with my semi. I grabbed 2 24oz cups, one inside another and poured 20oz coffee (machine allows you to choose the size)
I wanted extra room for me to pour some water as it felt too hot for my gums.(I have temprat sensitive gums)
The cashier was charging me .049 cents for the extra cup. I said, not necessary, I can leave the extra cup. I really wasn't aware of extra charge. No big deal.
What rubbed me wrong way was his attitude towards "we charge you for the size of your coffee, not how much you poured"
I have to admit, he was nice enough to charge me 20oz coffee.
The lesson is that, to remember, small things you do for your customers go a LONG WAY to build customer LOYALTY!
In my young years I worked in a gas station for 5 years. I had customers drove past 3-4 gas stations to come ours. I take great pride of that.
Sorry, I won't be back unless it's really a must. Why?
There are other places who'd provide a better experience.

PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS STATION UNTIL THEY CLEAN THEIR RESTROOM!This is a typical Speedway Gas Station. However, the filthy and disgusting and unsafe condition of their bathroom shows management has no respect for its customers.The bathroom is literally filthy dirty and unsafe. When you open the bathroom door, you are knocked over by the smell of urine all over the floor and walls. I'm not exaggerating here. The urinals, sinks and toilets look like they have not been cleaned in a year! The employees handle food at this location. With the bathroom in its current condition, the employees cannot safely wash their hands such that they could safely handle food.When I complained to management about the condition of the bathroom, they just shrugged me off. This shows management has no respect for its customers!The way I see it management has a few options:1. Clean and sanitize the bathroom in house.2. Hire a company to clean and sanitize and service your bathroom.3. Get the City involved to possibly issue fines and tickets until the bathroom is cleaned.I'm asking for your help. I'm asking all consumers to boycott this station until the bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized and the unsafe conditions are remedied!I just want to add that I'm not looking to penalize this Speedway location. I'm just asking they clean their bathrooms and show respect to your customers.When the bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized, I will personally revise this review accordingly.Note that I gave this station a 1 star. That is because a 1 star is the lowest rating i could give. If I could have given zero stars, I would have.Let's join together and boycott this Speedway location until these issues are remedied!Note that I did not submit any pictures of the bathroom. The pictures below are not a true picture of the bathroom. The current conditions are far worse.

Although the workers were very nice and helped me out on finding an item. Their cleanliness of the men's restroom is atrocious. Soiled toilet paper and sinks that look as if they haven't been properly cleaned in days or weeks.

This place is horrible, the cashier on 3rd Shift, is a liar and a thief, she makes mistakes, and won't own up to them, I have been trying to get my Money back from this place since August 21, 2023, the Night of the incident and they are just pretending like they are concerned, when I call up the Manager is Never available, they Lie, and say that the Manager will call back, well as of this Review, I'm still waiting on that Phone call, They are Very Dishonest

Monday January 23 at 6:00 am in the morning I wanted to buy a coffee and $40 dollars worth of gas with a $100 bill which the employee (answered that you think it's Monday I don't have change I replied it's a big gas station like you don't have which his colleague said if we have change he got upset and threw the bill at me which bothered me) check your cameras.
