Mila does such a great job with her products, you can tell she loves what she does! She puts thought and care into every item and every order! I get these for gifts every year and my friends love them!

Walked in and looked around, was thinking of buying something, and a guy who introduced himself as the owner immediately began the worst sales-ing I've ever seen. He was sleazy, said "everyone likes our products," started bragging about which stores have picked up their stuff, and sounded like Trump lol. I asked if I could try one of the products, and he immediately started talking about how no one has asked that, as if I did something wrong. I said my skin reacts differently to different skin, and in an accusatory tone, started asking, "well is ur skin sensitive, what kind of skin do you have, tell me what you have," and immediately after I answered, said no that product is fine. Won't waste my time when there's a million other good options out there (P.S. try ordinary beauty across the street on Milwaukee, great customer service, the opposite of this place).

This place is super cute and I wanted to rate it a 4, however I had a horrible experience with my nail technician. I got the sugar daddy package for a bachelorette party. George, the owner, is hilarious and great to talk to. He made us all feel welcome and appreciated. The place is decorated so beautifully and it was nice to hang out and listen to music during our rental period of the place. The products they sell can be a bit pricey, but well worth it as most are all natural and made in their basement. I love the detox mask and foundation! However, my negative review is because of my nail technician. I can't remember her name but it started with an N. Natasha maybe? She was rough on my ingrown toenails and didn't make much conversation at all. When it came time for my manicure, I informed her that I had dip powder leftover on and she was extremely rude. She screamed at me "YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD SOMEONE UGH!" And stormed off to leave me alone and threw her hands in the air. I had never gotten dip powder before so I was unaware it was going to cause any issue? The manicure chipped already the same day I got it. The nail tech never apologized or anything for the way she treated me. I was charged an extra $4 for "extended wear polish" and it's already chipped and coming off. I didn't even pick out an extended wear polish!!! Absolutely ridiculous to get charged for something I didn't get and to be treated so disrespectfully and unprofessional. Won't be back sadly.

Where do I start? How about with George.?! Man, I'd pay $50 just to hang out with him. What a great host! He's an all-around good guy who loves his customers and makes them feel welcome. My daughter and I had pedicures, manicures, and facials. Hannah did a wonderful job on the facials. We felt soft, dewy, and glowing. She explained everything she did and intuitively knew what we needed. Definitely purchasing those products on my next visit! Our pedis and manis were done by sisters Mary and Rosa, two of the sweetest young women you'd ever want to meet. They took their time on both and gave us such thorough service. Finally-the "stuff". Prices are reasonable and they have amazing variety of beauty products. So, if you'd like to be "Queen for A Day" get over to Mojo Spa and bask in the attentive atmosphere!

I literally cannot say enough good things about this place. A friend was planning a bachelorette party and I found this place and sent it to her. Once she planned everything, she said whoever was answering the phone was the nicest, most helpful person. She said "I ended every phone call with them laughing". When we walked in, they greeted us like they had known us years. They gave our group the whole back area to put our stuff, set up our mimosas, and hang. The owner and the nail people were such a delight to talk to - I am someone who normally likes to sit in silence when I am getting my nails done (okay I know, I'm antisocial), but I could not stop chatting and laughing with every employee there. Once of our guests wasn't feeling well, and they were perfectly happy to let her sleep on the sofa - They would have been totally within their right to say no sleeping (especially as we were all drinking) but they didn't mind at all. When other customers came into the store hoping to look around, they grabbed the friend who had planned this whole thing, discretely took her aside, and asked to make sure it was okay with us (of course it was!) The way they handled everything was consistently professional, fun, and honestly amazing. I had such a good experience here, I would recommend it to anyone who has a party or event they want to celebrate with nails and BYOB. They let us hang around as long as we wanted - Again, something they totally did not have to do, but it was so appreciated that we were not rushed out the door. When we were leaving, they grabbed the bachelorette and asked her to grab any product to take home for free. Unexpected and so, so nice of them. I will say, the prices are not the cheapest - But that's kind of part of the whole deal, you are paying for the nails, the party, and the overall experience. When you factor that in, I definitely think you get your money's worth.

Went to Mojo Spa for a bachelorette party a week ago. The owner, I believe, was very nice, but kept telling me my nails were too short for no chip. I have done it in the past just fine. He up sold the tips and dip to me. I thought he was a little pushy. The nail tech was nice and my nails looked nice. She told me they will last at least 3 weeks. A week later, one chipped and a couple others have small cracks! I was very upset as I spent a lot of money on these nails. I expect them to last at least the time frame they told me. I had to go get them removed which cost more.

2019 - Stumbled on this place again and the products were just as pretty and diverse as I remember! However - One of the owners greeted us when we walked in which was nice by itself, but in conversation made a joke based on politics, teasing my friend unprompted. This was not welcome or appreciated which made us feel really awkward. A shame as I had said great things about this place to these friends whose experience was turned sour quickly by an offensive joke. 2014 - My friends and I visited the store past closing time yet the owners were so nice and welcoming and hosted us even past their regular hours! They helped us find gifts for others (soaps) along with skin care and makeup products based on our skin types and complexions. I love their products which smell good, feel good, and are actually good for your skin! I highly recommend the following: -Bombshell Acne Spot Treatment (smells great and it works on acne that is forming or already turned itself into a nasty zit) -Ultimate Detox Face Mask -Ultimate Detox Deep Cleansing Facial Powder -Illuminata Illuminating Herbal Makeup (I mix this with my BB cream and Liquid foundation) -lip stain You can shop their products online too and if you order $50+ you get free shipping! If you are lucky enough to visit the store in person, keep in mind they have super cool events that you can RSVP too.

The people here are so friendly and have such a strong attention to detail. Whether you're coming in for a pre-planned party, or walking in to browse the spa/beauty products they really go above and beyond. The products make for really great gift options, very creative and high quality. I purchased the candle that turns into like a paraffin-like moisturizing oil and it's great for my hands. It leaves them super soft! I've also gotten the manicure/pedicure here a few times and it's fantastic. Comes out super clean and they're so gentle on the cuticles. Absolutely recommend this place!

I came here because of the reviews and I'll never return. I booked an appointment online which was quick and easy( I appreciate that). I opted for a manicure with the nail growth treatment. When I asked what the growth treatment consisted of the nail tech & front desk associate had no idea. The nail tech was very nice but when I asked her to cut my cuticles more she told me she couldn't. I walked out super disappointed and on my way to another place to fix this manicure.

Been here a few times to purchase gifts and to accompany the now metrosexual boyfriend! But this was my first time receiving a spa service myself. George and the crew are always so welcoming and accommodating! All if the beauty products are natural and handmade in the city of Chicago. Never again will i go to those in and out nail spots!! Thanks again Mojo!

Love this place! Walked in there a few months ago and the staff is incredibly helpful but not pushy. They're knowledgeable about what works for various skin types. The gentleman who helped me is incredibly passionate about what he does! The staff recommended their bombshell products and they've worked incredibly well - I love that there are no harsh chemicals in them and they've worked better than a lot of upscale products I've tried in the past. I will definitely be going back!

The staff at Mojo Spa is wonderful! We booked a private party for a bachelorette party and the staff was so accommodating and friendly. We all got our services done in a timely manner and everyone was so happy with the quality. Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their way to offer us free face masks, makeup applications and more while we waited. We were able to have food catered in and it was BYOB so we enjoyed mimosas during our services. The salon itself is so cute and had tons of different skincare and nail products you could purchase. Most of us got no chip manicures and they all looked fantastic. I will definitely be back!

This is a review for the products and customer service. I recently ordered a handful of items online. I was so disappointed when I discovered one of the larger items had broken, sending glass shards and the oily product itself all over the package. When I contacted their customer service representative, they were incredibly kind and helpful- sending my entire order again. Above and beyond any expectations I had! The products themselves are serious quality- just like the people behind them! Great company.

This place is awesome! I called to get their hours and their manager told me to come right over and they would get me in right away! Didn't wait at all and the woman who did my nails did an awesome job, even showed me a pretty purple to get instead of getting white like I always do. I am so happy with it! I paid $50 for a dip on my natural nail. It is so clean, good music, friendly people and they have makeup/beauty products. There's no TVs which means you can just enjoy the music and join in conversation if you want. Mojo is my new favorite nail salon in the west town area and definitely going to be the only one I visit from now on!

I went to Mojo Spa after reading the good Yelp reviews and they lived up to their reviews. The staff was kind and accommodating and you can tell they have regulars for a reason. I got a no-chip manicure and it lasted for a solid two weeks. It was probably the best manicure I've ever had. The technician asked me what color I liked and gave me a perfect recommendation of a color. The price of the no-chip was $40 - a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I will definitely be back for a pedicure and future manicures!
