The lady with curly short hair supposed to be the manager, she is very rude, she don’t even know how to give change and she won’t give you your money back, very rude no personality. I was getting gas there every week until the person that was there before quit, now with the new person and the lady managereveryone leaves everything on the counter and leaving because of her being rude with everybody.The new person is very slow always a line waiting, she’s getting trained the wrong way by the manager.. also very rude.

Went to get gas and needed a bathroom. Was told by the old a**hole of a man that they are closed so he could smoke. Will never go here again.

Stop in this store several times a week for great coffee. The night/weekend clerk (John? ) has to go! He's slower than molasses in January. I've spent more than 5 minutes waiting to pay for a single item on way too many occasions. He's not a good fit for the job. Other than him, store's great.

Got a full tank of gas there and decided to use there car wash big mistake, due to the trust I had and thought some one else would take care of there equipment regular maintenance, it ripped out the pillars molding off of my car, the worst part is they're got all my info and not a words from them either and I ended up spending $250 for the new molding and the reason I wrote this to make sure every one else just be aware about it

DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH at Shell Circle K. I recently purchased a Groupon for 3 Ultimate Washes. I have never used this locations wash before. Two weeks ago today I went to use my 1st wash, but I was told the car wash was broken. I then waited another week and the wash was open. I proceeded to pull my car in the track, put my car in neutral and entered my wash code. The wash started, the track pulled my car in and the soap and brushes were spinning. I then felt my car j*** (which was my front tire slipping of the track) and the track continued to push my car into the spinning brushes. I couldn't see what was happening because of the soap all over my car, but when my front tire slipped of the track the wash continued to push my car into the spinning brush on the right side of the wash and my car became wedged. The wash continued to run and the brush continued to spin for at least 30 more seconds. The wash finally shut off and I waited for someone to come out of the gas station assuming they witnessed this on video. After waiting a few minutes I proceeded to get out of my car and go into the gas station. The gas station attendants were unaware of the problem and I explained to them what happened. One of the attendants came out and said he needed to make some calls. Long story short another attendant guided me back away from the brush and I was able to pull forward. At the time I did not see any damage to my car other that a few scuffs that wiped off. I have noticed my alignment is off from the track continuing to push my car into the spinning brush. The assistant manager said she did not need to file an incident report because she didn't see any damage. I think an incident report should have been filed. They did give me a full refund, but I refuse to use this Shell Circle K location for gas and wash in the future.
