If it wasn’t for Zenia, I would have walked out of Sephora empty handed and frustrated. She took the time to help me find the exact shades of makeup I was after, and even entertained my need for clean ingredients. Zenia was knowledgeable and genuine, and that’s hard to come by.

I stopped here to purchase a perfume for my daughter. As soon as I entered the Sephora I was greeted by a very friendly young lady who offered to help me. She explained that they hadn't gotten it in yet but suggested another location where she knew they were in stock. I really appreciated her welcoming demeanor. This was Sunday September 22 in the afternoon so while I didn't catch her name, whoever worked that day shout out to her.

Sarah was my unfortunate encounter who was rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. She was upset that I refused a bag from her while shopping. Then when I forgot my debit card in my card, she gave me a nasty look. Mind you, there was no one else buying anything. When I came back with my method of purchase, she was talking to another co worker making lewd gestures. When I finally paid, I asked for a bag where she simply looked at me and said well it's 10cents like I didn't just spend over $100. I told her well you didn't ask me but you continued to ask me to use a basket when shopping. I NEVER GET THIS TREATMENT AT ULTA. For her being an old lady looking at me like I was beneath her, was why I ended up returning everything. I am NEVER spending my hard earned money here.

Iza inside Sephora has really helped me out several times. She’s very product knowledgeable, makes great recommendations and is always so kind and genuine in her exchanges with me. I can tell she loves her job and it’s a great fit for her ( for now) and I’m appreciative of her help!

Elderly lady with white hair doesn’t have the best customer service. Doesn’t seem happy doing her job and makes it seem physically hard for her to answer questions.

Lilly is lovely. We had such a nice chat. So friendly and sweet, took her time, and was beyond uplifting. And when i see someone who does her own makeup so well and so pretty- it allows the customer to trust her. She clearly knows what she is doing as she is gorgeous. 10 stars. Glad shes at my Sephora.

Everytime I go to this Sephora the same lady treats me Racist. I had a exchange and she asked me why I had a Sephora bag in my hand giving me dirty looks and when she tried color matching me she goes to the darkest color when I told her the shade I use is lighter and matches me pretty well I just need a different undertone and automatically she wants me to buy the mini size and tells me the price difference and the color she wants me to get BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NO WORKER SHOULD BE GIVING A CUSTOMER DIRTY LOOKS OR THIS TREATMENT

I had Cinthia help me with some. Cc cream & she was so helpful!! She offered to make me a sample first to try. It was such a pleasant experience. I will go back, just to deal with her!!
