I showed up for a walk-in and was denied. There were 2 patients ahead of me according to the screen, but nobody came out when the technician was shutting down the facility. She told me to make an appointment for sometime during the week. I showed up before the business was closed and joined the queue and was turned away. So, beware. Nice to know I cannot rely on this company. Thanks for nothing, Quest Diagnostics Batavia!

They were so good and patient with my 18 month old. They found a vein and drew blood much quicker than Delnor did.

I've been here twice and had great customer service. One time the person taking my blood did not have my order. They worked hard and finally found it. They could have sent me to the back of the line or told me to call my doctor back.Another time, my doctor did not indicate a on the order a specific test I wanted one. The people here at Quest in Batavia got it added and I did not have to go back to my doctor.Yes, the place is dated but I really don't need it to look like a 5 star hotel with large fake plants to get my blood drawn. Both times I waited under five minutes. I did have an appointment that was easy to set up online.

Easy to find, ample parking, clean office and experienced friendly staff. I made an appointment on time, was seen a few minutes early, had a painless draw but a wonderful phlebotomist.

PLEASE avoid this location if you can. Staff is very rude. I wish they can get some training on customer service. Our Dr office faxed the orders twice, and staff can't find orders at all, on top of that very rude. Terrible customer service.

This labs keeps sending me Covid test kits which I have never asked for. They bill Medicare for them. Cipher Labs is stealing our tax dollars. I reported them to Medicare.

Avoid this place. Terrible customer service. Processes are extremely dated. I have to do monthly blood work and it is like starting the relationship all over again each month - give insurance, lab work order etc. terrible attitude by one of nurse/technician named Joshi. They don’t want to make your life easier. Appointments are always available as no one wants to use them.

God awful company. They partner with HireRight for pre-employment drug screenings which sent me to this location. But they don't do this type of testing at this location. The people at the desk pointed me to a piece of paper on the door and said go to the St. Charles location. That location has apparently been shut down for quite some time. I tried to call the Batavia office and speak to the two people working at the counter and I could never get through because of the awful automated phone service that never lets you speak to a person. I checked their website and most locations near my area don't offer this kind of testing. Other locations will say "does not do drug screening," the Batavia location does not say that despite that being the case. My window for testing ends today and my employment is now at risk.If negative stars was an option, this place and the entire company earned it.

I've had a few lab draws here. They are friendly and seem to know what they are doing(especially compared to the Dekalb IL location). Seems to be the fastest lab, pretty smooth moving!

Poor listening by lab person. He totally ignored my request to draw blood from my hand & failed to have any success in arm as expected. This has been always my situation. Very painful & unnecessary. Will not return to this facility.

Would give zero stars if it were an option. Horrible customer service. My Dr. across the hall sent me here to have labs drawn. I didn’t have an appointment because I wasn’t expecting to be sent there. The very rude phlebotomist chastised me for not having an appointment. I explained to her that the Dr sent me from across the hall. She said “I know…I already told them to never send anyone again without an appointment. I stated that was an issue between their two businesses. She stated “I’m also telling you…never come here again without an appointment!” I bit my tongue…I can tell you that if it weren’t for other offices sending people there, they would be out of business.

I've been to this location a few times for labs. Easy location to get to and plenty of signs inside pointing you in the right direction since there are multiple offices in this building. The staff here is always very kind and does a great job. Once you are called back, you're done pretty quickly. However, despite being young and well-versed with tech, I am not a fan of the electronic/tablet check-in system. While it may be relatively handy, I find it can be more so frustrating. I had stopped in this week for a lab as a walk-in. I went through the check-in process on the tablet. There were two initial options, either express check-in using your ID and insurance card, or check-in using your name, phone #, and DOB. I selected the second option and entered my info. It asked if I had an appointment, and I clicked no. Then it told me the next available time slot, which was not for an hour and a half. I was confused because there was only one other person in the waiting room. When I clicked that that time would not work for me, I believe it then asked if I wanted to look at available times at other locations. At this point I was frustrated because I had limited time, and drove here expecting to be able to walk-in and be seen quickly. I exited out and restarted the check-in process, thinking that maybe it had to do with me using the alternate option instead of the express check-in option. This time I chose the express check-in option, and scanned my ID and insurance card. It still told me the same time slot. I clicked that wouldn't work for me, and it brought me to the screen with other locations again. I think I clicked that would not work for me (or something similar) and it finally brought me to the next prompt that asked if I wanted to be added to the waitlist to be seen as soon as they were available. I chose yes and sat down. I was called back within about 5 minutes. Quest should change the order of these prompts on the check-in screen, because I'm sure many people try to walk-in and end up accepting the later time slot, thinking that it's the earliest available "walk-in" time when it's actually scheduling you for the next appointment time. No one drives all the way here just to walk up to the kiosk to set up an appointment. If I do not have an appointment, I want to see the option to be added to the waitlist first rather than multiple attempts to have me make an appointment and come back later. I also wish there was still someone at their front desk to help with any issues or questions, because otherwise you are on your own to figure it out...just you, the tablet, and other people lining up behind you waiting to check-in.

One star is generous. This place is an absolute disaster. I am fairly certain my labs have been "misplaced" There is no possibility of speaking with an actual person to try to get any problems resolved. The only way to try to get answers is to go to the lab, and then the pass the buck response is "We are just a collection site." I will not ever use Quest again.
