Brought home my sweet havenese Mimi sept 22 and shes been the cutest most well behaved baby. The guy who helped us was very polite and explained everything very well. We went to other Petland locations before this one and they were filthy this one was very clean. She was a little sick a week after we took her home… the vet that they worked with (Milbrook) in Geneva was no help whatsoever so I recommended if you bring a puppy home from here to skip out on Milbrook.

We had a wonderful experience at Batavia Petland this week. The entire staff was so kind and knowledgeable. They answered our many questions regarding the purchase of our new pup. I highly recommend Batavia Petland.

The whole buying process was great don’t get me wrong but they do not train or socialize there dogs my golden doodle is very scary and he is very hyper and just wild and very hard to train I will never purchase another pet from them again they need better practices when it comes to animals you cannot just leave dogs in a crate all day it causes stress and repeated behavior that are hard to Break

Store empty full staff maybe like 5 employees and none of them assisted/greeted at all. Waited for someone to help me and nothing. Walked out

My dog died and they didn’t care and didn’t help I spent 4k I will never go to them again ever and their dogs don’t seem happy in the cages and are crammed ., poop all at the bottom

This place should not be selling dogs. I got my puppy here at 2 months old and she died 10 months later, barely reaching one year old. She had congenital kidney failure, and im sure a lot of the dogs here are sick too. I could tell immediately something was wrong when she wouldn’t eat as a puppy. Petland is also way overpriced, i bought her for $4,000 and had to spend much more in vet bills. Strongly do NOT recommend buying from here.

I recently bought the Boxer they have. She was amazing and felt inlove with her. She was so sweet , didn’t bark , was well behaved. She used the training pads. Took her to the vet and she was healthy . She was friendly with my niece and nephews . Unfortunately my mom ended being allergic and had to return the puppy the next day . I was heart broken and I’m sure the puppy was too. I hope she gets a good home and one day I’ll have my dream Dog again. Will definitely buy from this place in the future once my parents live separately from me.

The owner and employees of this petland are all absolutely LOVELY and so kind, and you can tell they love the dogs. You can play with the puppies for as long as you want so you'll know what you are getting into before you take one home. Everyone there is very knowledgeable about the puppies and, again, are just so friendly and sweet.

Staff did not come up to us and ask if we wanted to see any dogs, yet they were asking others around us. Dogs were kept dirty with feces all over their kennels. Very sad for the dogs ?
