I used Paula's closet organizing expertise for a home visit. It was wonderful, she did a great job at helping me layout my closet in a way that makes sense to me and will make it easier to see all of my clothes as well as helped me get rid of some items that I no longer needed. It was a great experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to give their closet a makeover. Thanks Paula!

This shop is a gem in the heart of Batavia! Whenever I go there (which is quite frequently) it always has a wholesome and welcoming atmosphere! There is a great selection there with new items coming in daily, and everyone who works there is wonderful ❤️

I have been shopping at Paula's for at least 2 years.... she is so incredibly helpful in finding what you want or need!I have had so many compliments on my clothes lately!!!Yesterday alone... 2 men complimented me on my coat and 3 women stopped me and said "I love your boots!" All bought at Paula's ?At work, I was told I cheer up the office with all my colorful clothes. Also have been told... "you're spicy"Thanks for bringing my spiciness out Paula!??❤?

I dropped off a brand new coach purse originally worth $175 and received an email shortly after saying my item was accepted for $69. I was okay with that price. I didn’t hear anything back from the shop in a month so emailed them asking if my purse was sold and received a reply that it was and I have $27 in my account. Had I have been told this is the amount I would have been receiving for my purse I would have declined. They took more than half of the profit. I understand taking a cut because they sold it for me and also need to make money but I just feel more than half of the profit was a little much and seems very unprofessional they didn’t tell me that before taking it off my hands. DON’T bring your items here to sell.

It’s rather a huge disappointment in what I had experienced at Paula’s. I had first taken my clothing there in July. After waiting the 90 days, I never received a call or email regarding my items. I had to reach out to contact Paula in regards to my items and how to proceed with the next steps. When I spoke with Paula, I was so excited to hear that I “did so well!” in selling my items, I couldn’t wait to use Paula’s regularly. When I went to pick up my check, along with my items that did not sell (as originally requested), I brought along additional items to sell since I enjoyed the process and Paula so much. Well, little did I know I would regret that, but it was already too late. When going to collect my check and items, I received my payment for what did sell with no problem, however at the time Paula was unable to locate my items that did not sell. She was very apologetic and said she will continue to take a look around for them and contact me in the next few days if she finds them or not. She told me if she did not find them, she would compensate me for the items. I didn’t think anything of it at the time and understand things happen so I dropped off my additional items and waited for Paula to contact me in the next few days with more information on my missing items. A week had gone by and I didn’t hear from her so I called and there was no answer. I left a voicemail and received no call back. At this point I’m thinking the money is on my account and when I go to pick up my additional items we can get it sorted out. Boy was I wrong.. when I had confronted her about it, she claimed she didn’t have any missing bags and took care of it. She was referencing items I did not even bring her so she clearly didn’t know what she did versus did not give me. I thought all the disorganization was just her spunky personality but turns out it’s reflects onto poor business management and customer service. After many calls and store visits, I did receive a check to compensate for the items of mine that she lost but it was not worth the headache and poor customer service I experienced. Will never be going back there.

Clothes are great, prices unbeatable, and she's super helpful!Paula helped me organize my closet, helped me put outfits together, and gave me advice on what to keep and what to part with. Stopped in today, my first time! I was very impressed, so clean and organized and of course I left with a couple of purchases. I’ll be back to shop and bring a few items in for consignment.
