I have been using this office for years. They are always kind and helpful, allowing you to take as much time as you need to pick frames. My most recent pair they did not work out, no error on their part, and they helped me get them exchanged easily.

Went there today and spoke to Bridget. One of the lenses came out of my glasses. She repaired them at no charge. Even though I am not a customer there.
Im a customer now. Great service .

The staff at MyEyeDr in Batavia were very knowledgeable, courteous, and have the right personalities for this type of job and dealing with the public (Dr. Burns, Bridget, and Zaida (sp?). There's always someone that will walk into your store that you will never please no matter how hard you try, but I’m sure Bridget will find a way to connect with you. There’s not a lot of eyeglass retailers that carry Oakley or Maui Jim’s, other than LensCrafters. I’ll never go back to LensCrafters now that I have MyEyeDr. Two thumbs up. ??

I came in on a busy Saturday morning, without an appointment, to ask if these folks could tighten up a pair of sunglasses for me. They did so with no reservation, a great deal of professionalism and a wonderful attitude. Thank you so much for your help! When I have some normal eyeglass business I'm coming to them.PS - I Tried to tip them and they wouldn't take my money.

I had a great experience buying glasses here! I had browsed online and at a few stores trying to find a pair that I liked, since this was my first time ever buying glasses. Their selection was great and I found a pair that I loved! They have promotions as well to get another pair discounted. Service was great and quick and they explained the different options I could do with my lenses. Everyone was kind and helpful!Super happy and excited to get my pair!

So great! Felt right at home! Great place to go especially if you dont have your parents to go with because you’re an adult now (lol) so they made it easy and enjoyable.
