Guy at the front desk was very respectful and knew what he was talking about. Kept a smile on his face and kept me updated on what was happening. All around good service today. Excellent service. Went to get the washer fluid pipe fixed. I checked with few service centers and was shocked to hear their rates. The guys at Merlin Complete Auto Care checked and fixed it within 30 minutes. They were professional, genuine, polite and fast. It was my first time visiting Merlin Auto Care and I was thoroughly impressed by the service provided and the reasonable rates being offered. Sure to visit them again for my future car service requirements.

My last experience here wasn’t the best. Waited several hours for a repair that was supposed to be relatively quick, and shortly before closing time I was advised that the part was never delivered so I had to call for a ride home. (I live in Maple Park).
Exhaust started making the same noise so I took it to a dealership and they advised me that the “weld didn’t hold”, so I should take it back to where I had the repair done. I called Merlin and they were able to get me in the next morning (Friday July 26th). After inspecting, they let me know that the weld had held. The new part of the muffler has a flange that was attached to the old flange on the existing muffler that was warped from years of heat. The gasket between the two broke and exhaust was leaking. The tech requested a thicker gasket that should hold with the heat that a muffler generates.
I was out of there within a couple hours at no charge because of the last experience. I sure wish I had taken names. The gentleman at the front desk and the tech that took me back to show me the work he had done was amazing this time around..
