I went to this location looking for a mattress.
I was greeted and helped by John, I told him what I was looking for and what I had in mind. He patiently showed us different options based on what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable, and informative about the difference between my options.
Bought a mattress and pillows, with ease and peace of mind, definitely recommend this store for good prices, and friendly, helpful staff.

I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible service we received from John and Megan at the Batavia, IL location. Being fresh out of college, we initially felt a bit overlooked at other stores, but the moment we walked into this location, John greeted us warmly and treated us with the utmost respect. He took the time to give us a comprehensive overview of all our options, patiently explaining everything and ensuring we felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
John and Megan make an exceptional team, with years of experience working together, and it truly shows. They listened to our needs, respected our budget, and guided us to a mattress that was perfect for us—something we hadn’t experienced at any other mattress store in the area. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their customers set them apart.
We left feeling confident in our purchase, not only because we found the right mattress but because we were treated so well. I appreciated working with John. He showed me several different options and was not a.”pushy” Sales person as I had run across in other places. He encouraged me to really try out each one of the mattresses and make sure I was comfortable with my decision. He also made an effort to meet my needs with the delivery.
