They’ve worked on a couple of vehicles that I’ve owned and I’m very satisfied with the work that they do. Very easy people to talk to. They keep the cost of your repair at a very fair price. Very nice to find a mechanic shop that cares about the work that they do and take pride in it. They fix the problem that you originally come in for and do NOT try to up charge you for anything and are honest with the work they do. If you’re in need of a place to have work done on your vehicle and live in the area or as far as me not living in the area and are in need of a place to service your vehicle try this place and you may just want to keep coming back.

HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Where do I even begin!? Karl and Janine are incredible! Karl's takes great pride in their work and services. They go above and beyond, simply put. They are honest, trustworthy, fair, hospitable and personable. Immaculate service and advice with our very troubled Suburban. Austin was a gem, as well! For all needs, they are hands down the shop to call. You'll be recommending Karl's to your family and friends, as well. Appreciate them very much and will return in the future!! 20 out of 10!!

Having a vehicle issue is a terrible feeling, but coming in to Karl’s the atmosphere and care eases your mind. You know you won’t get ripped off. Although it is pricey, due to EVERYTHING in American being priced up, you still know you’re getting a fair price for your repair here. Will come back.

Karl's Auto is hands down the best repair shop in the Chicagoland area. If options are available, they present them to you, and if the repair didn't take as much time/material, they adjust the bill down from the estimate. There is a reason they are reviewed so strongly.Service: Exhaust

I would recommend Karl’s to anyone I know! They were so honest and helpful. I took my car in to get a look at the many problems wrong with the car. They gave me a heads up it might take a 1-2 days to look at it, as they were busy. They called me just a few hours later with info!I am always so scared to take my car to shops as I feel they tell you, you need more work done then needed.Karl’s was the complete opposite they told me all the problems and gave me so many options on what to do! I didn’t feel pressured or rushed to do anything!I will forever go to Karl’s for all my car needs

I absolutely love this company! They are very warm, friendly, and welcoming from the time you walk in the door until the time you walk out. HONESTY is everything when you go to a mechanic, and they are nothing but. I went in for a lowbeam headlight and a turn signal. They were kind enough to mention that my brake light was also out, but they did not gouge or bombard me into 20 other "issues" that my car may have had like when going to a dealership. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I bring all of my vehicles to Karl's. It's a small, and HONEST family owned business. They will never try to up-sell you like a lot of garages will do to bring in revenue. When they quote you an estimate, they stick to it, even if they run across a problem, like if your car is old and a repair becomes more time consuming then originally expected. When you find an honest mechanic that you can depend on, there is no need to take your car anywhere else, and this is that place!

We have been going to Karl's for years. They are the most honest, kindhearted people I know. They not only do great work, I love supporting a small locally owned business. Their pricing is ver fair, I have not once been overcharged. They lay out any issues and will let you know what has to be done now, they will say, "everything looks good now. You might want to plan on breaks about 6 months down the road! Unbelievable. They are the absolute best!
