The people here were super helpful and spent extra time sorting out my scripts that were having issues. I caused a small line to form and another employee hopped on the second register to help the other people out. Really great service and great job juggling multiple people.

I like coming to this Osco because the staff is always been helpful and informativeI have to rate them five star because in the last couple of years they have provided a professional service under difficult conditions.It’s been challenging for them especially with regards to being able to recruit enough qualified staff.

Unhelpful. Rushed me off the phone. Gave me a judgmental attitude just based off of the medication I called about. They don’t care whether you go here or not. At least they sure seem like they don’t care based on the 2 interactions I’ve had with them.

The bathrooms here are absolutely dirty and disgusting! I shop for someone at this location at least 3 times a week and there’s always feces all over, on the toilet and even the bathroom walls. The same piece of feces has been on the bathroom wall for two weeks now. (Picture attached). I’ve told customer service before how dirty it is and she actually rolled her eyes at me. The employees here are so rude especially the deli ladies that stock the sandwiches. I asked two different ones on different days if they would be putting out any sandwiches anymore and they both snapped at me and went into a huge explanation about how short staffed they were and they don’t have time for that. The one ladies face was beat red yelling at me. Anytime I have to ask an employee on the floor where anything is I get either an eye roll or big sigh. Worst Jewel ever!!!

The pharmacist and the staff are rude and disrespectful. They have always hung up on me multiple times. Definitely recommend going to a different osco pharmacy

Was just in line checking out and subjected to the political rantings of the woman bagging my items clearly overjoyed that a fellow American has received a 9 year jail sentence in Russia. Maybe employees should save their politics for the family dinner table and just do what they are paid to do while at work.

They take way to long to fill your order. We waited 2 days for a script and ended up going to St. Charles Osco to finally get it. They never have things in stock.

This is typically one of the slower Jewels I've been to, but what made me decide to review is that my wife ordered a birthday cake. I was nearby. We had never ordered a birthday cake from Jewel, so my wife was asking for the prices and her options, it took her about 5 minutes to complete the transaction. During the process, the bakery clerk was saying things like, "You need to hurry up and make a decision. I have people waiting." There was one person that walked up behind her about half way through the order. That seems a little rude. It isn't like they have any information available to help you make decisions.

I usually have a good experience at this store St Charles West side store but today the Thursday before Easter I came in expecting fresh nice looking lettuce. The shelves were sparse and the few Romaine and Red Leaf looked bad. When I asked the produce guy who has thick black glasses if they have any better looking Romaine in the back he snapped at me and said " I just put that out yesterday and it's just fine!" So much for customer service. Needless to say I left the store and did my shopping elsewhere! They missed out on my big Easter shop. I've also heard one of the cashiers yelling at an older woman in front of me once. I said something when I went out the store to the front desk person. She rolled her eyes and said yes he's been told not to do that. I always avoided him as a check out person. Maybe this store needs a little seminar on customer service.

Service continues to drop and checking out is usually always backed up. Options are limited in the area.

Update: I missed the call from Jewel and called them back, no one knew why? Until a manager picked up and said the lady that was lacking customer service was not working today, she'll talk to her tomorrow. She apologized for her actions and that's it, nothing of trying to make it right and have me come back as a customer again... I told her I am going to use Woodmans! You would think a gift certificate or something would of been offered to help make it right. Times have changed, they lost my family as customers!
