“I was shopping around for a long time for a vanity for my wife. I should’ve just come directly to Mayas. They had exactly what I was looking for at more than a fair price. The vanity mirror was broken from the manufacturer and the staff at mayas took care of it IMMEDIATELY. 10/10 would highly recommend and I can’t wait to buy more furniture in the future. “Been going to Batavia Great Escape for nearly 18 years— have never had a bad experience there. One year tried using an off brand chemical line to maintain our pool and it was struggle - went back to Great Escape immediately . “Nothing beats great customer service, products I want, and all while sipping on my Starbucks. I have never had a bad experience and we have been coming here for 10 years. Today a young man helped me out to find a product. He went above and beyond for me. He checked his scanner and found 1 left in the store. Anyone who works retail will understand that seeing one left in inventory usually means out of stock. Well he searched high and low and found the shoes in my size. He spent like 10 minutes looking. That's good customer service. Keep up the good job! We will be back as usual. We walk in needing paper towels and leave with a basket full. Happens every time.”
