I waited 10 minutes to be helped and I was the only person in the store. The employee was rude and the building reeked of cigarettes. The first time I went to this location the smell was so strong I was sure someone was smoking inside.

I use this fedex all the time. Jeff is the most pleasant person i have encounteted there. To bad he was not working this afternoon. The man working i found to be lacking in customer service and communication. I found him to be slightly rude.???

Can’t say enough about Jeff and the team at this Fedex location! I drive all the way from Elgin to get my posters printed. They are all so kind, attention to detail and just pleasant to be around.

Very rude staff. I couldn’t ship something and I get that they can’t control that because of rules and regulations. But they are so rude and don’t know how to communicate with customers. They say it in such a rude way. If I could give 0 stars I would. Would not recommend bringing packages here.

I had a bit of a hard time with the girl who first answered the phone, given that she had to put me on hold twice when I asked a couple questions. But then Joe took over and was extremely helpful. He made sure I got exactly what I needed for my print job, and when I came to pick it up I found out that Jeff, another employee, had gotten me a $10 discount on the order. I didn't even have to ask. Outstanding service, excellent quality, wonderful attitude on the part of the staff.

The service I received at this FedEx location was easily one of the better customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. It was almost time for the store to close, so I wanted to quickly run up to drop off some returns. Jeff, nearing the end of his shift, had the biggest smile on his face when I walked in the door. He was welcoming, patient, and genuinely happy to help. Kindness goes a long way with me. Especially in times like these. No excuses- positive energy always wins.
