I have not once had a pleasant interaction with this FedEx shipping center. The employees have very poor customer service. I work as a mechanic and frequently order tires for vehicles through FedEx, and choose to use this location since it is convenient for me. My first negative interaction was when I was picking a set of tires up. One employee stated "This isn't something I would purchase online" and continued to make rude comments. The second interaction was when I was returning a set that was unfortunately the wrong size. The man working made many negative and distasteful comments to me directly while pulling them from the back. He then passive aggressively apologized to me for his behavior at the end of our interaction. This disappointing encounter with customer service significantly diminished my overall satisfaction with the company. FedEx at 330 N Randall Road in Batavia has misplaced my tires and has cost me $641.17 that I am unable to get refunded. I unfortunately will never be using FedEx again because of this major mistake.

I had a bit of a hard time with the girl who first answered the phone, given that she had to put me on hold twice when I asked a couple questions. But then Joe took over and was extremely helpful. He made sure I got exactly what I needed for my print job, and when I came to pick it up I found out that Jeff, another employee, had gotten me a $10 discount on the order. I didn't even have to ask. Outstanding service, excellent quality, wonderful attitude on the part of the staff.

Stopped by today after after receiving horrible service at Batavia Parcel! I was helped right away and service was top notch. It's nice to see a staff that is happy and helpful :)

Great staff, always helpful. This isn't the closest location to me but I always try to go here because of the great service. I use their printing and scanning services a lot. A1, highly recommended.

This review is for FedEx's handling of an expedited passport. What a disaster and what an incompetent manager (Joe) running the place. We wasted close to 200 bucks and more importantly time that lead to canceling an overseas trip. Beware that FedEx uses a third party called Rush My Passport.com. They charge excessive fees under the pretense that they can process a passport faster than the normal expedited process. Well, after three weeks the passport still hasn't been received by the US passport office! Wtf!!! After informing Joe of this problem and requesting a refund of fees paid, Joe became belligerent and told me to talk to RushMyPassport. The fact that FedEx ties itself to this provider without any sense of responsibility is criminal. And the customer service provided by office management was a joke. Please don't use them for any service whatsoever as there are way better options including UPS a block away.

Maybe try to avoid going when they are super busy (around 9am 3pm & 6pm). I've never once experienced a rude employee here, even when extremely busy. I've been frequenting this location roughly 4-6 days a week for the last 2 years. In this time I've dealt with 9 different employees + all have been cordial, attentive & helpful. I've watched these guys when the store is swamped & they do an awesome job + WORK REALLY HARD! When I stop in to see no line, 50 packages behind the counter & the employees dripping with sweat I know I've just missed a massive rush. JEFF & SCOTT are especially TOP NOTCH.. diligent, helpful & an absolute pleasure to deal with!!! It's this kind of assistance that keeps me come back!

Staff is very unfriendly to almost down right rude. They are also very slow and the simplest of tasks takes three times as long as it should. They also do not greet you when you come into the store. I went in today to get some art scanned and apparently there was too much for them to scan, either that or they just didn't want to deal with it. They lost my business, I'll never set foot in that store again and I'll make sure to tell people to stay away from that store.
