I ordered a desktop online and when it arrived the packaging had degraded and called support to see if they could send me a replacement. Tom was super courteous and said he would look into replacing the part/ making it right and would call me back. Within an hour someone called me back and I have a replacement on the way with a return label for the current piece and we even discussed if this computer was suitable strength for my needs, which was reassuring.”

“This location actually has baby monitors in stock and a lot of Best Buy locations don't have them so you can't look at them in person before ordering. Also they have a selection of analog phones which not everyone keeps in stock either. There are just some things that are better if you can see them and touch and look at up close.”
