My AC stopped cooling on a 90°+ weekend. I booked an appointment on-line. The technician was out before 8 am on Monday, diagnosed the issue, installed the new part, and checked the unit all within 30 minutes. Nice to work with a local company that has great customer service.

Just had Greg out to maintenance our ac unit. We have been with a different company for years and found them to be unscrupulous on many occasions.

We are very happy with Comfort Care. They are friendly, polite, and competent. They explain what they have tested and inspected when doing maintenance and, if something is wrong, what is wrong and how they will fix it. Their estimates are accurate, too.

I have an aging AC that your technician Greg performed a maintenance check on today. He was very knowledgable and professional,going the extra mile for me by actually going to the local Ace Hardware for furnace filters so he could replace mine At my age it is difficult for me to replace them in my furnace.When it is time to replace my AC I will certainly be using Comfort Care.

We have used Comfort Care for maintainence on our HVAC system for the past few years. They recently replaced both our furnace and AC. Our furnace was 20 yrs old and we decided to replace it for a more energy efficient model.
They did an excellent job and prices are very fair. Brian explained everything that would be done and answered all of our questions when he came to our home to give us an estimate. Brian and his crew did meticulous work and cleanup and were all very professional and courteous. All questions were addressed before they left . They went above and beyond!

I have been with Comfort Care for many years! I am now moving and will miss their wonderful service! They are dependable, reliable and just great to have in my home. From scheduling to their visit, I have NEVER had anything but professionalism and the knowledge that they know what they are doing! I have been part of their program for years where they come twice a year and check and clean all the systems, and I am always been pleased with their work and assured my systems are all set for the season….and they always have been! Their prices are very fair and their service is great! I would suggest this would be the FIRST AND ONLY service you call!

Spoke with Brian last night and he diagnosed what was going on with our furnace. He had found the part by 7:45am today and had a technician come out and fix our furnace by 11:20am. Brian texted me to let me know the technicians arrival time. Mike was here within that time. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

We have used Comfort Care for years. The annual maintenance plan keeps our air conditioners/furnaces running well and there are never surprises. We are always advised on potential problems.
When our 18 year old furnace malfunctioned, they offered options. We opted for a new furnace. It was installed that day! The technitians were great. They were timely, professional and explained everything. Highly recommend Comfort Care!
