I wish I could leave a positive review considering I'm a assistant manager for this company but, I had a real bad experience with a morning cashier. Felt like I really made his day inconvenient by stopping in. Friendly customer service, especially in the morning is essential. Not great to start someone else's day off to a bad start because your in a bad mood....

Rude staff. The owner and the white appearing woman (she's not white) with dark hair have terrible customer service. I've had several instances where they ring you up incorrectly or when you ask a question, and they respond rudely. You are better off driving to the speedway. I purchased three packs of cigarettes and was given two correct boxes and one incorrect box, and the owner said he wouldn't t exchange them. After a bit of back and forth, he finally conceded to the exchange. I had just purchased them moments prior and noticed that one of the boxes was not the right brand. I've been a pretty loyal customer as this is close to home, and it has a Dunkin. Another time I purchased the .89 pop or whatever cost it is that comes with a free refill when you buy that cup. Well, the first time we went to get a refill, I felt the cashier eyeing my son. The 2nd time I purchased a cup, and we went to get a refill, the owner stopped me and said no refilled. I said to him the sign says that if you purchase the big cup you get a refill. He refused, so the next time we went in i noticed he removed the sign. The final straw was today. I asked if the chips I was purchasing were part of the special advertised. The tags on the displays said 2 for 7 or 3 for 10. I explained that I wanted to make sure I was purchasing the correct bags.she said they were. So she rung me up and after I asked for the receipt, it didn't seem to add up. Sure enough, the receipt showed that each bag was marked at full price. She said she told me that and I said she had not. I asked twice to clarify and when she responded was very rude. So, I asked for a refund and she claimed that she would not give me a refund.there's no signs saying that there's final sales or no refunds on items. I left the entire purchase there because they refused to refund. I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere. The owner and employees are extremely rude and I've gone in before and have had other employees correct an issue or at least be able to communicate a sale and what is isn't included. This would have been avoided had she answered that only specific types are included in the sale or that you can't mix and match. Which isn't true the ones she pointed out are supposedly on sale aren't even on the tag. Also, speedway has all the same items at less cost. We compared prices and speedway is selling them at sometimes even $2 less than what this gas station is advertising them as.
