“Me and my brother went to this location yesterday 5/5/2021around 12:45 and the gentleman that was working was very nice to us and very helpful to us! This gentleman name was jimmy, he knows what he is talking about and very respectful! way better then the other location we went to and the gentleman at that location was very disrespectful to us. We walked in to this location and jimmy came right and said how can help you guys and we told him we were there to pick a car and got the information and we went to the car and it was ready for us! he had us walk around with him inspect car. Then we paid and were on our way! I would recommend this location!”

“My husband rented a vehicle from this facility, I went with him to pick him up and return the vehicle. He rented the vehicle from online from their website and had reserved a traverse or the option was something similar he also paid for it in advance. This was 2-3 weeks in advance the time comes to pick up the vehicle he ordered, my husband spoke with an associate and he says there is no 3rd row suv available, however he could rent a mini van, which ended up being a Pacifica Chrysler, the trip was the following day to which my husband called me while I was outside with our children waiting to give me the news. Of course, I was NOT excited ? to be in a mini van, I told him to get a suv from elsewhere and to get the money back. However, he convinced me to give it a try as we were out of time for options as the trip was the following day. He ended up renting it, and it was actually GREAT ? ? ?. IT WAS A 2023 PACIFICA CHRYSLER, SUPER SPACIOUS FOR OUR FAMILY OF 5, I NOTICED THE DRIVE WAS SO SMOOTH, HE DID SUCH AN EXCELLENT JOB ?. THE PROS SPACE, GOOD GAS MILAGE, EASY GET THE CHILDREN IN AND OUT, GOOD ENGINE HE SAYS, TONS OF FEATURES LIKE ANDROID CONNECT, TONS OF SAFETY FEATURES WHILE DRIVING AND REVERSING, MY HUSBAND MENTIONED THE VEHICLE HITTING THE BRAKING ON ITS ON WHEN THE CAMARA DETECTING A BRANCH FROM A TREE AS HE WAS PARKING IT IN THE AVIS PARKING LOT FURTHER, THE AUTO WIPERS, FOR NOW THATS WHAT HE RECALLS, IT GOT US TO AND FRO, SO OVER ALL IT WAS GOOD. we both we're happy on our trip. The CONS where he says nothing he said the mini van was surprising a sweet ride especially for the whole crew of 5. HOWEVER THE ONLY REMARK I HAVE IS THAT SITTING ON THE PASANGER SIDE I NOTICED THERE WAS A FOOT MARK ON THE TOP OF THE WINDSHIELD. IT WAS SOMETHING I HAD TO STARE AT HERE AND THERE! MY HUSBAND TOLD ME TO BE CAREFUL AS THEY PROBABLY DIDN'T CLEAN IT BEFORE GIVING IT TO US, AND THE 'MARK' is still there, ill go through my pictures and upload it later, anyway Before dropping of the van my husband took it to the gas station to fill it up as it was previously, he also vacuumed it and washed it, When we dropped of the mini the service was good, we were in and out quite quickly. Over all good ?”

“?EDIT. So I've since talked to the on-site staff, and he was very helpful. However... the general customer service call center (the ones that your phone calls go to when the actual site staff aren't available) were unprofessional and RUDE!!!!and they will apparently just try and argue with you instead of actually helping or finding out who can help. Especially Carlos. He wouldn't even let me speak to a supervisor. He asked me why I wanted the supervisor, and then hung up on me. He was horrible. He left my mother in tears after that call. I've since talked to the supervisor. She was professional, but she needed better employees.I'm just happy that the on-site staff at both the pick-up and the drop-off locations were very nice.”

“i am only giving this Hertz branch a 5 Star because of a brief interaction with a staff member named Brandon who made it easy to return a car that I rented and even took care of my ride home by calling an Uber. Brandon is an example of exceptional customer service.The other side of it, i was given an electric car by the person who took care of my rental without being told i was getting an electric car; not a word about how or where to go to charge the car; later found out there is a home charger in the trunk but it didnt work so i must have spent 8 hours of my life getting this car charged in the past 2 weeks. So unless you know your way around electric cars, dont take it.”

When I landed and taxied back to AIRBOSS, to my surprise there was a DJ, drinks, AIRBOSS members hanging out and a jet demo!! I had a drink in hand shortly and quickly felt better having fun with the AIRBOSS family and friends. You can't find this type of fun aviation setup anywhere else.I have also become close with other members of AIRBOSS. We have flown to games, golf trips, etc. This is a super cool added benefit.In summary, you get only the best with AIRBOSS. They can tackle whatever you need with top notch service - plane management, charters, etc. I would strongly encourage anyone to get in touch with Joe and the AIRBOSS team for whatever they need.”
