They’re not friendly or helpful with solving an issue. First they told me they could process my transaction, then they made up 2 different excuses of why not. Unprofessional and not helpful at all.

It's a great bank if you don't use it. Prepare to get locked out everytime you call costumer service and forced to go into a branch.. except after you go in no one makes "notes" of it and your still forced to waste time to go back. Once you bank BMO your money's no longer yours. Close yours out like I did mine today to save wasted time and money.

Very difficult Bank to work with. I have used them for 35 years and they were great to deal with till About the time Covid hit. Now bills appear 2 days before due date. No one there to take a wire transfer. If they cant do business then they should sell to a bigger bank. They are not like they used to be for sure.

Have been with this bank for + 25 years. In the past 5-6 years, each year brings more charges, changes to existing services. Staff is fine, it's the bank itself. I hate to change banks, but I am walking away from this one. Heading to a community bank that doesn't feel the need to charge me for different ways to hold my money!

I would like to know how BMO Harris can justify charging $10.00 to cash a check written from this bank? Any other bank a state ID would suffice. As a Christmas gift, I received a check from my parents. Instead of depositing it into my bank, I decided to go th the bank where the check was written from to cash it, unfortunately, I was told that it would be Ten Dollars to cash a check, since I didn't have an account there, so the bank has to nickel and dime x10. Luckly, my father who has Alzheimer's was having a good day and could sign his name in order to endorse the check. What a Shameful practice for a bank, when people are just try to get by.
