Just an all around bad bank. If you like your paychecks to take 5-7 business to hit your account bank here. If you like to have no access to your money at any given time bank here. If you like customer service that is horrible definitely bank here. Can’t say enough about this branch and BMO as a whole. Do better!

They do not pick up their phones. I attempt to do business with this bank often through my work, I always have trouble getting through to a banker.

THIS IS THE BATAVIA LOCATION OFF WILLSON NEAR THE MCDONALD'S THE OWNER TRIED TO PLAY OT OFF LIKE I MISTOOK THE LOCATION!!!They were really nice to me when setting up my account but when I went in there to get a replacement card the man kept asking me personal questions like how old I am, what my credit score was, where I grew up, what I do for work, how much I make, have i ever had my identity stolden. He would not stop no matter how much i showed him i am uncomfortable answering. I told him I'm only interested in a bank card but he kept asking intrusive questions and at the very start he said oh I like your shirt my wife bought one just like that. It was such a crony fake opening before he asked for my personal information. It just sounds like somthing a used car sales man would say. His name was Zachary. This is very sketchy.

I find one of the tellers to be very confrontational. It has happened twice now. Once when I came inside with my mom. She was almost yelling at us. Then today in the drive through. She had big attitude problem. I hold a considerable account there. I am thinking of leaving this bank.

We have had all our personal and business banking through BMO for 25 years. So we decided when it was time for a construction loan it made sense to apply with BMO. We applied 8 weeks ago. Was told a month ago we were approved and yet we are still waiting on a closing date. Can get no answers from the person who is our mortgage banker. We are so frustrated we are thinking of pulling all our accounts from this bank

I had a great experience with this bank. I tried next door at 5th 3rd bank 3 different times to open a non-profit account for a girl scout troop that I started. They kept putting road blocks in front of me (i.e. asking for forms that the girl scout council had never even heard of)...I got so mad my 3rd time there that I got up in the middle of it and walked right out the door, then walked next door to BMO Harris. I was in and out in 20 minutes and I had a bank account for my girls when I walked out! I had some issues getting set up on the online banking (I believe because it's a non-profit account), but was able to get that straightened out on the phone with the bank (not the branch).

The charges are a joke. Teller seemed overworked, and tried to accommodate me, but company policies that were created in the fifth century narrowed her options to work with me and they ended up being forced to rip me off. Be prepared for a slight undertone of coercion to taint every interaction you have with them. Good people, bad company. They're not exactly inspiring confidence about the company's future, and their practices are anti-competitive and unsustainable.
