I gave you a 4 only because we don’t have our furniture yet so I have only experimented with the ordering process. James was nice to work with & answered all my questions. Unfortunate it’s a long wait but I think it’ll be worth it.

We love the Amish Furniture Gallery! We worked with James to order our dining room table and he was great! The furniture is all custom made for you so it does take a few week to receive, but it is well worth the wait!

Linda and Sonya were awesome! Highly recommended.I was searching for a TV stand that would accomidate my TV and a large audio receiver. Batavia is about 50 miles from my home so stopping in just to browse isn't that pratcial. I decided to call to see if they had anything available on their floor and spoke with Linda who took my number and texted me several photos and detailed measurements.I found something that worked and drove out to the store the very next day where I worked with Sonya. Sonya not only assisted me with the purchase but also helped me load the unit into my car. Talk about going the extra mile!Overall my experinece was wonderful. Linda and Sonay provided exceptional customer service and the quality of the furntature is top notch.

In early January 2023, my girlfriend and I purchased 4 Hudson dining room chairs with two simple choices, chocolate stain for the legs and marshmallow color/fabric type. Over 2 months later (last week) I received a call that my chairs had arrived and they were ready to be picked up. I drove up to the store (50 minutes) to pick up the chairs, the hours online state that they are open until 8pm. When I arrived at 6:30 pm the store was closed and the hours posted on the window stated they closed at 6pm. The first issue is that they need to update their business hours online. A few days later I then made the trip to the store to get the chairs, upon arrival and inspection of the chairs it was very clear that the color of the chair legs was wrong (see picture). After waiting nearly 3 months the order was 50% wrong, these chairs were over $2,000 dollars. After speaking with James the sales rep the solutions we were offered were to receive a refund, use the wrong chairs (rent) while they remake them correctly (another 2/3months), or have somebody stain the legs in house (LOL). During the phone conversation James told my girlfriend to "be quiet", which is down right rude. We have repeatedly asked for the owner/manager to contact us but have had no luck. I unsure if the owner is okay with James talking to clients/customers this way, if he/they are then that tells you all you need to know. At this point we have repeatedly asked for the owner to contact us/work with us and that has not been arranged. If the owner wants to reach out to me I would love to continue working with this company as we have ordered items in the past. We do not want to work with someone, James, who told us to be quiet.
