Been to far worse places, do not go to gate before 8 pm for checking in at guard gate. They don't start unloading till 10 pm.

Checked in early for my appointment time. then, after sitting there waiting for a door, I was told to come back to security. I was then told my appointment wasn't for 2 days. I got the appointment rescheduled for 10 pm the following night. I'm sitting in the staging area and the same thing happened again. I had security check the system. They find the load I was delivering had 2 appointment times. My appointment time was 22:00 I checked in at 20.00. I finally got a door assigned and I was told the don't start unloading until 23:30 I didn't leave there until 02:30 in the morning

Do not ever want to come here again, took forever to get unloaded after paying lumpers (shouldn't even be a thing in 2024). Was already on a tight schedule since a shooting shutdown I55 that day, and no pre plan could have helped that, considering I just got the load this day. I no longer could do a 10 before coming in and had to do a split berth just to get here on time but with low hours, also no way for me to call ahead and ask if I could get a dock just a little later due to the events of the day before. No safe haven parking even though they have ample space, and them dragging their feet ran me out of hours. I'm actually writing this while I've already been green lighted at the dock, but in this time, I still do not have my paperwork. Also will no longer be doing business with the Aldi brand, seeing how strict, slow, and unhelpful they are towards the drivers that push the limits just to get their stuff to them on time.

The workers impudently waited 6 hours to unload 4 pallets, don’t waste your time, they ignore you at the check, another employee again asks the company for the trailer number, but there is no point, some gave a dak 56, he is busy, others 60, they unloaded 20 minutes, lamper 43 dollars for such work is not worth 20 dollars

What a freaking joke. Lumper service in the trailer that you turn your paperwork in to is the most disrespectful people. It used to not be like that. They don't even deserve the one star. Stay away from this warehouse

This place is so bad, that I rather quit trucking than come here one more time. Have been unloaded for hours now, and still don’t have my paperwork. Worst place by far. If you drive dry van, don’t even think of coming here!

This place is a joke.You back into your dock door get unloaded pay your lumper fee then you have to wait hours to get your paperwork. Ridiculous.
