Do not recommend buying Orion Vapes at this shop. The first one I bought, Strawberry chew, was faulty. The moment I opened it and tried to hit it, it just kept burning and the light wouldn’t go off. I tried to hit it a few more times and it just kept burning until I finally shook it enough for it to stop. Then it wouldn’t hit at all. I called and told them what happened, took it back the same night and they replaced it. That was fine. Ya know one bad vape, it is what it is. That was until the next day when the replacement they gave me started doing the same thing, this time it just stayed on for about 2 minutes before finally turning off. I called again and the owner said basically that since he replaced one already I’d have to buy a new one and hope it didn’t do the same thing. I even brought in the first vape and the box and showed him exactly what was happening. So I’m not sure if the Vapes they sell are legit or not, but I basically wasted $21 because I only had a working vape for less than 24hrs before it gave out as well. Ended up having to go to a different vape shop and buying a whole new one. 1/10, take your business elsewhere

Owner is really rude. Sold me a thc pen and it doesn’t work and won’t do anything about it told me I didn’t know what I was talking about when I’m a daily smoker. He refuses to exchange it or do anything about it. I would not recommend this store to anyone unless you want them to take your money.

Joys 2 is the BEST SMOKE SHOP in the Peoria/ Bartonville area!!! Great prices, Sal takes care of his steady customers! Super nice guy with an amazing work ethic! Ladies that work there are always willing to help and give advice/recommendations! Never left disappointed.

This is the worse ran smoke shope in the peoria bartonville areas. The foreign guy who owns the shop, can't read English, very unprofessional, and disrespectful to customers. Don't shop here.

At first I thought the place was nice, convenient, and with friendly staff. After buying expired goods multiple times now, and getting attitude after asking about it, I’d recommend doing your shopping online from the source. Where you know you won’t be buying expired product and if there’s any issues you can deal with professional customer service.

UPDATE* SINCE MY original review things have changed at this store. The employees now are rude AF. Wont be back. ...........OLD REVIEW came here today for the 1st time. great place had.. what i needed and the gentleman working was very kind and helpful. i will come back here
