Honestly I'm over the pharmacy and CVS Caremark. I've been working for a month to get my prescription fixed. Every other time I feel like there's a new issue when I go in on any given prescription. One time the pharmacist tried to overcharge me for a prescription and when I pointed it out she just basically said it is what it is. Eventually got that fixed. I've had my condition for over 14 years and have switched between CVS and Walgreens depending on insurance and I've never had this many issues. Most of them don't seem to care about your issues, very few try to see what they can do or advise what you can do for the situation at hand.

A few weeks ago I had been diagnosed with a UTI and had a prescription to pick up. CVS got it filled right away which was great but when I went through the drive through to pick it up I asked if they would get me a bag off chips - they did.Today I needed to pick up Musinex and, having just tested positive for covid went through the drive through. They never even raised an eyebrow - came back with Musinex, made sure it was the one I needed and rang me up.I love this pharmacy!

Don't do pharmacy deliveries here. There the only cvs that doesn't have deliveries ready and will take 20 minutes. So it takes to much time that the delivery prices are not worth it. Any other cvs is great for having deliveries ready upon arrival.

We never have problems at the pharmacy. They're always prompt and kind. Up front they have some nice people as well. But, there's a new person who has no customer service skills. I, and two other customers, waited a few minutes to check out. (I was picking up a package from UPS.) I was in front of the line, so I pushed the assistance button on the counter. Nobody showed up. After about 5 more minutes I found an employee and said "Excuse me, can you help us?" She said she'd be there in a minute, like I was bothering her. Then she came up a couple of minutes later and rather than smiling and maybe saying "Sorry about your wait." She was glaring at me and said "See that button over there? You're supposed to push it. That's what it's for."I then told her, yes, that's why I pushed it and waited before trying to find someone. She then looked at her phone, or store phone, saying that she didn't get a notice, in a tone to imply I was lying about pushing the button.Why do managers keep rude employees, when there are probably other applicants who would do a better job?

Ezra in the pharmacy is outstanding. Great customer service. He was patient and kind when a mistake was made by our doctors office. He went above and beyond to help us get it resolved and get the needed medication for our baby boy. A+. We need more Ezra’s in the world.

I have been coming here for nearly two years. I am from St. Louis and this pharmacy is the best I have ever experienced - and it's consistent. I'm here about once a month for refills and new prescriptions, as well as vaccines. These folks are always so kind and patient, pleasant and helpful; they don't treat you like you're one of hundreds of folks they've seen today - they know your health is important to you and they have always treated me as such. Thank you, Bartonville team! (Also, Taylor is especially helpful and knowledgeable)

I've been coming to this store for many years. I've never had long wait times for prescriptions. They're always available when I get there because they call when ready. Never a problem getting a vaccine or shopping in the store.

Hours online say they close at 9 but in reality they’ve been closing at 8 for at least the last month or 2. Super inconvenient when it’s the only pharmacy in town.
