Finally got a door 90 mins after my appt. The reason is drivers are not securing their loads and it has to be restacked. So save yourself the work and time and secure your loads.

My driver had an 11am delivery apt. He got there at 9am, got a door right away and was empty at 10:40am. Not bad at all. I am happy with the work they do.
