“I have banked with First American Bank since 1983 when I moved to the area. The staff both in person and on the phone have been very professional and courteous. You don't have to go through a bunch of voice prompts when you call i.e. press 1 for this press 2 for that. I recently had an attempted fraud on my identity through my Apple phone, fear that they got my account information was #1. First American helped me open new accounts, transfer monies and reestablish my direct deposits and auto bill payments. It was a process for sure but they helped every step of the way.”
“ATM is quick, offered in Spanish or English. There is 2 separate terminals both very well lit at night which is good because there isn’t many business open in a very close proximity after 9PM.”
“I had a great customer service experience here, the two employees who helped us sort out our mortgage payment situation were very helpful. They helped identify the problem and helped solve it within 20 minutes. They we're also extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. I especially appreciated that they asked me how my experience has been with the bank and took my feedback right away - we cannot set up an electronic bill pay from an external bank to our mortgage account (must have an associated checking account), so we have to pay with a physical check (via mail or stop by a branch each month).”

“Wow! I just read some very negative reviews. But, we opened a small account at 5/3 in 2019. When COVID shut the world down, Denise called us from her private number to make sure we were ok AND told us if we needed to get into the closed bank for a loan or large withdrawal, she would get us into the bank. She continued to leave us voicemails to check in every few months. Because of her outstanding customer service, we ended up closing our BMO accounts. Honestly, they never called or emailed once during the shutdown.”
