First they lost my passport. After number of calls and leaving message for the post master, I am still waiting for a response. Hope is it that the package was out for delivery and never got delivered? Did it just walk off the delivery truck or was it stolen? I ended up having to spend few hundred dollars to get an emergency passport. Today I got an alert saying a package were returned to sender for inadequate address. The address listed as I see it on the site is the same one that the post office has been delivering to for over two decades I have lived here. Feels like they have hired bunch of morons.I also agree with other posts here about rude customer service.

I left this morning (Monday June 26, 9:00am) after witnessing a black woman employee at the counter being so rude to the man in front of me.He clearly asked her for a combination of stamp books just not all flags but whatever she had. She responded with I’m a worker here I can’t do that you have to tell me what you want just look at the display. He was elderly and having trouble and she continued to make him look stupid by saying it’s right there you have to pick. Turn out she only had three types why she couldn’t have politely pulled them out and offered him one of each is beyond me. Why was it her mission to force him to do something he tried to be so kind about. He repeated just whatever you gave and she wouldn’t help him. When I rolled my eyes she came at me and started an argument with me. Said she was tired all week of writing up rude customers. She clearly has no service etiquette and needs serious train i manners and customer care.

Too much attitude in the air here. Especially for the morning time. Put your differences aside to work. Don’t bring personal issues into work such as you attitude towards others.

The guy who works there at the counter is as rude a person as you will get. Just a smart alek kinda guy. Cant even ask him a question without him blowing up on you. Very Unprofessional. The young woman who also works the counter is very nice and good.

Really don’t understand all the ladies attitudes when going in the post office, if you’re that miserable and taking it out on people just trying to bring in their packages, find a new job sis!

Wow agree with the other 1 star review! I don't know if it's the same woman, but the woman behind the counter today was extremely rude! I won't ever use this post office again. Terrible customer service!!

Our poor, beloved, National postal service is not getting the love it needs. This location supports this. The technology is ancient. The interior is ancient. The employees are so-so. But I don’t blame them. The place is dreary and depressing. I never go here intentionally. The only two times I’ve went here were when I needed USPS money orders which are unique compared to other money orders. I much prefer the UPS store in Bartlett. It’s also not the greatest but it’s certainly better than the USPS. Not my first or second choice to ship a box. Send mail? Sure. But I won’t be entering this location. I really wish our government would fund the national Mail service. It’s almost as embarrassing as our rail system.

last time I was in the afternoon, before closing time, the woman who worked there was very rude, but I thought the end of work, maybe she had a long day, she was tired .. ok, today I arrived at 9 am, the same woman, omg, very rude, the beginning of the day , without a smile, she stands there as a punishment! I said good morning to her and she replied "eeeeeee?" " ?there is also the older man, he is always very nice and helpful, but this woman should not work with people.
