I entered today at this UPS store located in 956 S Bartlett Rd, Bartlett, IL 60103 to return an item to Amazon and asked for help. When I told the the rep that I have a box there she said that I do not have one, I said “are you telling me that I am lying?” And she asked me to leave the store. I understand we all have bad days but she also said that she was the manager but that’s no the way you supposed to treat your customers.

I went here for an Amazon return on a weekday at 1:30. Service was fast and friendly. It was super easy.

Those needing copy services have absolutely no priority. Was 3rd in line upon arrival and they completely bypassed us until 11 other customers who were shipping packages were serviced first. I won’t even mention that as a handicapped person with no seats around, it was very frustrating. The two workers were well aware because they acknowledged us but continued to bypass us. First and last time:

I go to a lot of UPS stores, and this is one of the best. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and positive. I strongly recommend!

The Lady in this UPS store is very mean. I came with Amazon returns, one box was open i ask if she can tape it she said i need to buy tape. Used tape was on the table. Couple inches of tape.

I have come here 20-30 times to ship my items. But there will not be a 31st. I regret ever sending revenue to this store. I had planned to print labels but I was having trouble. After spending no more than 10-15 minutes on the guest computer (that no one was using). She told me “You can’t be taking this long you need to leave this store.” I asked why and she stated “because it’s my store.” ??? What type of reason is that. I guess that’s what happens when people with two brain cells rubbing against each other too hard

Service: Notary, copies and US Postal Service tracked mailing. We were first in line, waiting for the store to open. Siddhi (the owner) finally arrived and could not have been more sincere and sorry for opening late and quickly took care of our notary, copies and mailing. Siddhi took care of additional customers while completing our service, and processed all three customers in just a minute or two. In my experience, competitor stores would typically have taken 5 - 10 times longer than Saddhi did. She could not have been more knowledgable, focused or efficient! I will be confidently bringing all of my shipping (including Amazon returns) to the Bartlett USPS Store!

I recently had a good experience working with this UPS store. I was hosting a baby shower and needed a number of items printed in a short time. The owner (Siddhi) was extremely responsive and made sure she understood exactly what I needed. The prints turned out beautifully and I would definitely use this store for future printing needs.

The owner is exceptional! Siddhi, is not only personable but ultra professional. She stated policies is polite yet needed way. As a business woman myself I truly respect her.

The reviews about the lady in this UPS store is very true. Very rude and needs to take a class in customer service & telephone manners . My sister & Mom went there for their notary service but when they presented the document Komal Soni ( the Notary Lady) notarized in the Secretary of State office it was rejected due to the notarized error. When my sister called her and asked if she can correct she was so rude to her over the phone and even told her not to ever call her again. We also found out how OVERPRICED this UPS store charge for notary service . They charged her $15 each since we had 5 documents notarized . We paid total of $75 for documents that were useless due to her error in notary & refused to correct it. When we went to a different branch same documents to be notarized with the specified corrections we were only charge $5 each documents and paid total of $25 . Big difference in pricing !We also noticed that in the receipt of the second UPS branch it was even specified it's a Notary service while the receipt that in UPS Bartlett is for " Miscellaneous Non-Taxable " (?) .If I can rate this UPS Bartlett BRanch to 0 I definitely will. DO NOT GO in this UPS BrAnch if you don't wish to be scammed. To the owner of this branch I read how you respond to the bad reviews of the other customers so it speaks volume of how your customer service is.

Complete garbage. I went in there to ship my Amazon box, which I ship hundreds of boxes back, and this lady was so rude she wouldn’t even lend me one piece of tape for my box. I’ve never had anyone from an ups store refuse to lend me tape. Now, I have to drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to a store that has actual customer service. She should not be an employee. Sidney is beyond rude.
