Kim is The Best!!! My family has been coming to TJ Cleaners for years for alterations and they do such good work. You can’t even tell the jeans and pants were hemmed. Amazing work! The dry cleaning always comes out looking brand new. We travel all the way from Hoffman Estates to get our clothes dry cleaned and to get alterations. I would not trust any other place with our alteration and dry cleaning needs. Kim is truly the Best…!!!

Highly recommend! Miss Kim provides great services and completes in a timely manner. She even has helped and accommodated me many times from last minute hems, alterations and dry cleaning. WORST CLEANERS EVER!!, this was my 1st time going to this location, seeing that I haven't been in Bartlett long, I had some jeans I wanted hemmed at the ankles, seeing that they were a little wide, I asked the lady at the counter do you hem jeans and she replied yes, I told what I wanted done, and at this point she could have said I don't know how to do that or we don't do that, but instead she proceeds to tell me that she want do it because its not trending, then she starts to tell me that if I go to any clothing store that I would see that pants aren't made like that, she said that skinny jeans aren't nolonger in, now again I wasn't looking to make my jeans skinny just have the ankle of the jeans taken in a bit, but I wouldn't recommend this place to any one, and it is safe to say I will not be doing business there again.

I dropped off my Canada goose jacket here my niece spilled red juice on it, they got it all out it looks as good as new. And they got it done quickly. I’ll definitely be back!

Very nice lady to do business with every time I have a stain on my clothes she gets a ride out and prices are very reasonable I’ve been going here for a long time I recommend this place looking for a very good dry cleaner .

TJ Cleaners is FRIENDLY, fast, affordable and RELIABLE. I know if I should ever have an issue - I would be confident in resolving. There are many dry cleaners in this area. What I like most - is their CAN DO attitude and always ALWAYS very friendly. If I need an item right away - they always accommodate. So if you're looking for the BEST -- TJ Cleaners is the place for you.
I can share with you one specific example -- they were able to get out SOY SAUCE that I spilled all over a brand of new white slacks. I honestly thought I should just throw them out - however, I decided to bring them to TJ CLeaners. They DID IT! UNBELIEVABLE!
I don't know about OXI clean to get out stains - because it certainly does not work for me -- however, anytime I get a stain - they get it removed.
So..... give them a try -- have a conversation. They will give you more than what you intended. Best Place in Bartlett. 5 Stars.
