I am so disappointed in my nails. They are chunky, crooked and uneven. The worst part is I was charged 80 for simple short nails that don’t even look good. They did not replace the tools they used on me which is super unsanitary. I was also cut on my finger so I’m hoping none of the bacteria makes its way in. Worst nail salon I’ve been to in a long time.

My nail fell off less than a week to getting them done. These have been the worst piss poor excuse of nails I've ever had in my life. Never had a had such a poor experience. Not only was the shape awful but it was $80 for plain square nails. This place is embarrassing and gross. They reused the same utensils on us. Never come here..

I get a no chip French pedicure. The price is $60. I have paid for this service and it has costed me from $75-$82 in the area at other locations. They never use a dremel on my toes and I get hot stones and the whole nine yards. The workers are always kind and I leave 100% satisfied with the paint job and my feet feel awesome. They also give you a shoulder massage at the end of your visit. I will continue to come back.

I went in for a toe polish change. I was surprised when the cost was $20 for a polish change (nothing else!). And then after 1 day my polish started chipping. It was disappointing to pay so much but even more so that it started chipping after 1 day.

I went with a friend yesterday and our services were both rushed. I left with an uneven nails and shape I didn’t want. I went for dip and had to pay so much. It’s overpriced. Plus, I feel like my nails are going to fall off, as it really hurts and it’s so thick. Never coming back.

Went in with a friend for manicures. I asked for an acrylic refill and gel color. My friend got dip color. We both left unhappy!! My friend asked for a square shape and left with oval even though her nails are naturally long and could easily be shaped the way she wanted. As we left, I promised her I would reshape them for her! For mine, I asked for acrylic refill but she did dip!! I didn’t realize until she was halfway through and it was too late. It’s fine for now but next time I get my nails done, I’ll have to have them fully take off my acrylics and do a new set so I don’t end up breaking a nail! As for the dip itself, she dipped my fingers right into the container used for everyone!! Which I know is unsanitary!! She also used a handheld file instead of a drill file to take off my previous polish so my cuticles are all torn up, now. I hope I don’t end up with an infection!!!! After everything, she charged the same price for me and my friend which makes no sense because we got completely different services. $55 for poorly done dip color and $55 for messed up acrylic sets I’ll have to have taken off now. Won’t be coming back.Services: Dip powder

First time taking my littles for a polish change. Well, now it’s like they never went because the polish washed off one of my kids. Customer service wasn’t great.
