“This place is the best. Our dog, Milo, loves coming in to shop… and the staff is fantastic. Sonia, Amber, Brenda and Kathryn (apologies if I forgot anyone) always love on him when they see him. They’ve always got events going on for dogs, and they are always super helpful with finding and recommending stuff for Milo. If I could give more stars, I would. Here’s a pic from their most recent event!!!”
“The team here is incredibly skilled and caring. Samantha always go above and beyond to ensure Carter feels comfortable and looks fabulous after every grooming session. Not only do they provide top-notch grooming services, but they also give great tips for maintaining my dog's coat between appointments. The facility is clean, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Carter always leaves happy, and that's the most important thing for me.”
“Wendy is an amazing groomer and I will aways take my elderly dog to her. She is kind and gentle with her, as she needs that kind of attention. She is a gem and extremely easy to work with! They are easy to communicate with and book appointments with. Kriser's helps me carry my purchases out and goes out of their way to assist.”
“I stopped in here today to get something for my beautiful pug, Toast. The store is very clean and has a lot of amazing inventory that a typical pet store doesn’t usually carry. The owner(i unfortunately didn’t catch her name) was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about all her products. I had a lot of questions and she was very happy to help me with everything I asked about! The little Pug, Bruce behind the counter just made my whole shopping experience so much more amazing. I will 100% be continuing to shop here for anything i need in the future. They have a lot of great meal toppers, treats, raw bones and other healthy and natural things for your pets including rabbits toes and chicken heads!! I went in for one thing and left with 8. Definitely shop here!!”

“Traci as a groomer is incredible. Right off the bat, she was excited to work with my puppy and I noticed that her passion for working with animals showed which made me feel more comfortable leaving my baby 6 month old puppy with her for this experience as it was her first grooming appointment ever. So happy with the results, she looked absolutely adorable afterwards. The bows were the cutest! Will definitely bring my pup back here for her next appointment.”

“When my brother's trailer broke down near the Indiana border, the only store within 2 hours that was still open until 9pm was this Tractor Supply. He called an associate at the store and they found the leaf spring he needed. They were willing to stay a little after closing time if needed so we could make the long trip there to pick it up. We cannot express enough our appreciation for this store's associate for going the extra mile for us during an emergency!”
“LETS SHOP LOCAL! What a fantastic store and beautiful rustc barn and store with so many great things to shop for. I've never seen so many awesome bird feeders, bird seed options and all sorts of goodies, from fresh eggs, to feed, to pet stuff, local honey, candles, fresh food canning items, sauces, candles, tshirts and so much more. “Schaumburg HomeGoods has always been a great location that stays well stocked in every category.
Aisles are pretty clean and items are organized well. Shelves can mostly be packed up and sometimes you need to dig or look further down on the shelves to find pairs or sets as customers pick up then put back somewhere else.
Price points are great but they also offer additional markdowns at pretty good prices and are always adding new markdowns weekly. They have a great selection of wall art and mirrors in the back of the store as well.”

“Becky is my dog's groomer. She is very professional.patient and is very in detail in how she grooms. She explains everything clearly what your dog needs, what she could and should do. Without any pressure whatsoever.”
“We have been taking classes with Miss Nancy at this location, training our puppy to eventually become my son's emotional support animal.
He has some special needs and Nancy welcomed him to join us and get involved in every class.
Will definitely be attending the next class levels with her!”

“My wife and I have had consistently excellent experiences at this store, with knowledgeable and patient assistance from those who work there. Mark, in particular, really took the time to explain the store’s options on multiple aspects of our new cat ownership, providing his opinions and those of others at the store.
This location also has a nice selection of litter alternatives, for those looking for less dust, something more sustainable, and something with less chemicals. We will continue to return.”
“I'm not sure what's with all of the recent 1 star reviews. I adopted 2 cats from here. One sadly passed away and the other she's still alive and healthy. I was very new when I adopted my first cat but the screening/background check process didn't take too long. Before you knew it, I was able to take my cat home. The agency was very helpful with any questions I had as a new owner at the time. By the time, I adopted my second cat from there, the process seemed quicker since they had all of my information on file. I would definitely adopt from them again.”

“This is a wonderful place. My husband and I were deciding between adopting another furball or another feathery friend.. a red factor conure stole our hearts almost immediately and shortly after Erin came over and assisted us. It was our first time here and she made the experience great. This place is great because the pets are in open spaces so they are socialized well! The animals are happy to interact with people and are happier than other places who keep their pets isolated behind glass and away from each other and visitors.I have been to many pet stores and have been to specific bird places.. this one takes the cake. (I’ve never had such a happy bird so quickly!)I overheard staff advising people on pets that are appropriate given living situations and experience levels - they REALLY care about the animals and finding a good fit for people (to avoid having a return situation).Most places don’t care and just sell an animal without a thought or any questions - here they will speak with you to figure out what’s the best fit for you and for the animal. (Please don’t be offended or go somewhere else because they advise you against what you want - they know what’s best here.)I really enjoyed being able to interact with multiple different pets and being introduced to some of the larger parrots they had.The staff also know everything about each animal. This place cares and these animals are in good hands.My husband and I found our forever go-to-place!Side note: could possibly be pricey for birds/animals but they’re the most SOCIALIZED pets you’ll come to find from a store - it’s 100% worth every penny.She loves to do photo shoots with me ?”
