“I traveled to Illinois from Canada and during the second half of my drive, my engine started to overheat. I contacted Schaumburg Automedics and they were able to take a look at the car that morning and get me back on the road by the end of the day. It felt like they truly went above and beyond in customer service AND services done to my vehicle. I felt like I was in a very vulnerable position and they did not take advantage of the fact that I needed the repair done in order to get home. Didn’t try to sell me on services that I didn’t need. Very communicative in sending me a full report on what they found and gave a realistic timeline on when the vehicle would be fixed, and then stuck to it! The car is running great after the fix! Jose and Angel were up front and explained everything to me in great detail. They got my car inspected, sent me videos and pictures of the issues and had my car ready to go within the day. Jose gave me awesome updates, everything was explained in the reports and nothing was missed. I will definitely be going back again for everything!”
