“Wheaton Mulch is unbeatable: superior quality mulch, fair prices, helpful website, friendly office staff, on-time drivers, excellent customer service. Simply excellent! Here's our story to prove it. Our back yard is one big perennial garden, so our standard order is 10 cubic yards of mulch. This year the delivery got messed up. What we ordered was 10 cubic yards of triple ground mulch mixed with compost. The Wheaton Mulch truck backed down the driveway at 7 a.m. and began dumping mulch - half brown, half black. We questioned the driver since the mulch and compost was supposed to come "mixed." The driver called in the question. Within minutes the Wheaton Mulch owner (Scott) called to say there had been a mistake. What we got was 10 cubic yards of double-ground mulch plus 10 cubic yards of triple ground mixed with compost. Scott asked what we wanted to do. The solution Scott suggested, which was more than fair to us as the customer, ensured our lifelong loyalty to Wheaton Mulch. By the way, I live in Wheaton--not San Francisco.”

“Have been buying produce and plants from Klein's for decades. They have had a few locations over the years. I remember going there with my mom in the late 60's. I'll never forget Mrs Klein teaching me how to choose a perfect ?. They have the best corn I've ever tasted. Everything else there is great, too.”
“A wide variety of cute houseplants ranging from cheap to steep. Since they moved into this location, they also have added lots of homewares, too. Got a great, funky cutting board here!”
“I could've sworn that I had already reviewed Heinz at least twice, but apparently not. I swing by here when I'm in town visiting family/friends. I hadn't been here since last year and came by today, and I was so excited to see the plant section fully stocked with some great houseplants. And the prices on some of the items are more reasonable than they've been in the past, so I was happy to see it. (Though some are still exceptionally high -- a 4" Thai constellation monstera is $99, versus $39 at Home Depot for the exact same size, which I also went to this morning). I snagged a 5-inch "swiss cheese" for $17, which isn't too bad (and is actually cheaper than the comparable one at Home Depot this morning -- go figure). I love that they have a bunch of small 2" plants too, many for under $4 -- great to try out something new without making a huge investment, or to combine together for an indoor planter box. They have lots of cute planters, garden decor, and other seasonal goods, too. Definitely worth stopping by regularly to see what they have.”

“I’ve been here several times for various home improvement items, garden tools or plants, and even cleaning products (better prices than Amazon!) and this last time I was really impressed by how helpful Scott was in lumber. He helped me find exactly what I needed, even found an alternative option for a 2 x 2 I needed in cedar, and made the cuts for me perfectly. I really appreciated it and my potato box I’m making is coming along nicely. Thanks again!”
“The Manager rectified the situation, and advised that no money is ever needed up front. She was able to refund the money when the floor services were not utilized. My floor needed prep work, that they did not offer. I would use them for another project in the future.”

“I was having a hard time finding something on the home depot website. One of the Home Depot employees, his name is Ali, (it sounded like that anyways) was so helpful, went above and beyond. He and Charles were wonderful. Both of them, but Ali, who has been there 8 years is a wonderful employee. He works also repairing equipment but we were in rentals that day. If he worked for me, I would pay him as much as I possibly could. Thanku Ali!”

“The Home Depot in Bloomingdale is far better than the Home Depot in Carol Stream.
Staff is friendly and helpful. The management appears to truly care about their team. I've personally witnessed two moral building activities by management at this location. Happy employees leads to positive customer experience.
The store is always clean and I can find people to help me when I have a question.
When I use the curbside pick up the employees always great me warmly, some even engage in friendly conversation. I have called management on two occasions to express how positive my experience their store has been. Once the manager said he was going to buy lunch for the employee I spoke of.
Other Home Depot locations are closer to me, but I go to Bloomingdale Home Depot for the customer service.”

They have lot of tools and equipment for gardening so I think we bought all of we need. I grab one cart before we went to the area of gardening tools. There are lot of people in some section so its hard to push the cart. When I looked at my dad I can see that he knows what he purchased. It seems that we need those. After we bought tools we wen to the pot area. There are lot of pot to choose. Some of them are colorful and some are simple. Since my dad knows that mom like the plain color he grabbed the white pot. After he put it in the cart we went to the counter. I can say that this store was good.”

“Nothing out of the ordinary at this Home Depot. Once you've been to one, you've been to them all. The associates here are helpful and one even proactively asked us if we needed help. BATHROOM REVIEW: Located past the home appliance area, the bathrooms were surprisingly clean. Plenty of sinks, stalls, and urinals. Sit or squat? Squat... there's still a pandemic after all.”
