Awesome service! Leeann was Great and understanding. She knew exactly what I wanted and took her time. This was my first time coming here and will forever come back. I FINALLY found a place to go to for my nails. I brought in my own nail color. They tried to match it with what they have but couldn't. So she ended up using my own nail polish to do my nails . That was great of her to do. They then took a picture of my finished/ well done nails. The next day I called them and they told me they now have my color . Now that's Great Service! Thank you Leeann (my NEW nail tech.)

This place was great! The staff were pretty nice and the pedicures were great too! Overall this place is definitely one of the best salons I've visited in a long time.

Horrible business.Rude, rough, and unprofessional! The most painful and uneven pedicure by a woman who shoved me aside when I said I’ll get my shoes and she said she will. She had to redo my big toe 3 times as she put on my toe spacers incorrectly and they were rubbing agains my big toes ruining the pedicure. Then she put the top coat on too quickly and the nail polish was ruined once again. She talked and laughed to her coworker in another language and they were both staring at me laughing rudely in my face. She told me she couldn’t do the hombre nails on my hands as she would have to use the drill. I said ok that’s fine let’s do no chip bc I’ve had it done without the drill hundreds of times. She said she could not do that either. So I said ‘it sounds like you don’t want to do my nails at all so I will pay for pedicure and be on my way.” I said she has been nothing but rude since she started on my pedicure by ripping my cuticles off painfully. Awful, disrespectful, worker who needs to learn about customer service and politeness. You lost a customer because of your unprofessional, rude, abusive, awful nail woman.

This place is awful...painful pedicure, I just had one 2 weeks ago, placed my toe spacers where it hit my big toe and ruined the pedicure. Fixed it and then put on the top coat too soon and it ruined the nail color. Tech had to redo 3 times! The entire time speaking and laughing to coworkers in their foreign language. I asked for ombré nails on my hands and was told they can not do it without using the electric drill. I said ok then I'll get a regular no chip and she said she has to use the drill. I said I get the no chip all the time and it's not necessary as they use a soft file and I've never had any issues. She gave me attitude the entire time, smirked, and said things in another language. I finally said it sounds like you don't want to do my nails so I will pay for the pedicure and be on my way. So I paid for a horrible looking pedicure and left. I've been here before and never received such horrible treatment. Just horrific to be talking and laughing as the customer is sitting there. Terrible attitude and terrible service.
