“This is a very reliable location for all your mailing needs and more! I ship everything from this location for years now and they are always so easy to deal with. Customer Service is 10 stars every time! I needed something notarized and my bank said they couldn't do it until July 5th and I needed an appointment. Then I came here on a hunch that they had notary service. They notarized my document within 2 minutes and only charged $5! That beats all your time and gas wasted trying to get notary appointments for weeks later. Maaz was so patient and helped us with making a copy of the document, envelope then shipping the document for us. They saved the day and I'm very satisfied with all their service. The store is always spotless and clean. Rates are a lot better than the other UPS stores too. They also do USPO regular mail options. Services also include notary, copies, mail supplies and postal mail boxes. Best and only place you need to go for all your mail resources! Thanks Ahmed and Maaz for helping us so much!”

Made an appointment for by kids to get passports, or so I thought I did, the man that helped us was like, not a problem I'll do it. He told me where I forgot to hit confirm. He was so nice. Even the ladies working here seemed super nice and friendly. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. Thank you Streamwood post office for making my kids first post office visit exceptional!”

Siddhi (the owner) finally arrived and could not have been more sincere and sorry for opening late and quickly took care of our notary, copies and mailing. Siddhi took care of additional customers while completing our service, and processed all three customers in just a minute or two. In my experience, competitor stores would typically have taken 5 - 10 times longer than Saddhi did. She could not have been more knowledgable, focused or efficient!
