this place is a joke. employees don't have any idea about what happens, i come to pick-up (will Call) one hour after call in. was not ready, one person keep asking to the other ones (you have any order? no one bother to saying anything, I ask the person one more time, he say the system is down, 20 minutes later still waiting, now 6 other people are waiting, not one bother to come over the little window. this poor management, to many people but no one has any idea. about what happens.. from Sales Persons to employees,

They start delivering at 9AM. I was done by 11AM.
Parking lot is big, its just very crowded. You start backing cars passing around you, small trucks, people. Very hectic from 8AM till 11AM. Afterwords got super normal.

the first one arrived, I stood here since 8:10, registered, they opened at 9:10, it is now 12:00, besides, my trailer has been unloaded for an hour, no one calls, I came up, they cannot submit documents for work. Bad place to load or unload!!!
