Unfortunately, this experience merits a 1 rating. The flag I received was not outdoor quality. The ink registration was off when it arrived, (the person on the line didn't know what ink registration was). My opinion is by the inflection of her voice that she wasn't pleased with my request to return the item. I paid $9.00 to have this poor-quality flag shipped to me. Now I pay the shipping to return and am going to be charged a 20% restocking fee for a flag that was presented as quality and touted to be made in the USA, (why I paid $56 for a 3x5' flag to begin with). Per the return instructions, I'm required to submit photos of the issues. I haven't taken the flag out of the original packaging (the quality issues are that obvious. My opinion is, this company's practices are unethical and bad for "made in the USA" seal altogether. Note, this company doesn't appear to manufacture the flags as they come in a box labeled, "Annin Flagmakers, Made in the USA since 1847". Quality Control is overlooked by Annin Flagmakers and Flags USA LLC.

I ordered a replacement ******** flag for our neighborhood entrance on Monday. Prior to placing my order I contacted FlagsUSA to find out the best material for our location. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. I received the flag in 2 days and it is well made. All of their ******** flags are made in *******, which was a determining factor. I highly recommend this company for your flag needs.

This is the second time I've ordered from Flags USA and I couldn't be happier. The first flag lasted well over a year under windy conditions and when I ordered the new one I received it in less than a week. I highly recommend Flags USA!!!

Ordered an adjustable bracket and a spinning flag pole both work as they should but the only reason I bought from them is the product description says Made in USA, they are NOT. Product labeled Made in CHINA and could have been purchased much cheaper elsewhere.

Fabulous customer service and order turn around. I placed an online order at 12:30pm on a Weds and the flags were sitting on my desk before 11am the next day with standard shipping. Granted I'm not incredibly far from their location, but it's still awesome turn around. Amazon can't even turn an order that fast and they're DC is just south of Milwaukee. Quality of the flags are top notch. I highly recommend Flags USA for any of your flag needs.
