Worst place I've ever stayed in my life, heater didn't work, I asked to change the room, and then I found out that there was no water to take a shower. I stayed because I had worked 16 hours a day and was in no mood to look for another motel, in the snow and the low temperature.

I been here 2 hours and I kill 2 roaches with lights on ,I know there will be more at night, descent price do and the Guy in the front desk very kind ,I was thinking about checking out because of the roaches but too tired to load my luggage again and find an other Motel,this is the problem about motels here in Illinois mostly are owned by Indian people ( Hindu) $85.00 at night is not cheap but the problem with this owners is that they make money and don't invest it back in their motels, most motels I been every room needs something, like ,paint, newer towels, carpet, specially new beds ?, I'm working around here so I need a motel for a week ,I was in an other motel last night, I will leave a review on that one too ,I didn't shower after working all day 12 hours because the bathtub was so dirty that I decided not to shower because my shower shoes where at my truck, I can't remember that motel, but yes there is roaches at Crest Motel .Yes by the way the motel from last night was own by Indian people I can bet $1000.00 dollars to one of this motel owners will not spend a night in their own motel because they know they in bad shape. if I have to kill one more roaches I will ask for a refund, I don't want to take roaches back home. ?

Overall, my experience at Crest Motel was positive, and I would definitely consider staying there again in the future. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option in Bartlett, I highly recommend giving this motel a try. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a desk, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The microwave provided in the unit was also useful for heating up snacks and drinks. The motel's proximity to Chicago O'Hare International Airport is a definite plus as I was flying out the next day.

"Fleabag" and "dump" are two descriptors that come to mind. How this place has managed to operate in the 21st century is beyond me. It should meet the wrecking ball- and quick. Or be rented to movie companies as a 1950's, out-of-date, by-the-hour, No-Tell motel. For a horror film. 'Has seen better days' is a phrase that comes to mind. And an understatement. I don't care if the employees are Mother Teresa and Gandhi, this place is trash. Overpriced trash. The room was dingy and most anything that could be was stained- with who knows what and from whom. Barely any water in the tiny shower and none of it was hot. One towel stuffed into a drawer. I don't even want to know what was in the carpet. I didn't look down. No lock on the door which the housekeeper pushed open w/o knocking- if the chain hadn't been fastened it would have made for a very awkward 3some. Every bad review posted here is on point. No stars. GO ELSEWHERE!

I been to this motel nothing is great old stuff plus is not clean and the most things I don’t like the charge for return keys I spent just 4 hours and I decided to change the place without complaining I returned the keys and I get charged that the things make me really made

DO NOT COME HEREI spoke to a man twice on the phone for prices before going in without a clear answer and was told I will receive a “good deal.” (friendly on the phone otherwise).The man at the desk walks up, I said, “hello.” He stares back at me with a concerned look on his face as if I wasn’t supposed to be there and I thought something was wrong. I asked him why he was looking at me weird and if there was a problem, as well as any rooms available. He gets all offended says there is no problem and walks away from me to the back. Was he sleeping?! I am not sure what this man’s deal is but he looked like he just woke up and not prepared for work at all. Bad reviews here for a reason.

Bloody thieves . Paid them thinking rooms would be nice . First room didn’t work went back to get keys for the other room and that didn’t have locks from the inside ! How do you expect me to lock the door when there are no locks! Went back to ask for a refund and was turned away. Horrible people and horrible owner

No hot water. Wash towels was hand towels used as wash towels. The heat was controlled set at the a low temp that I had to double on clothes to keep warm. The parking lot was covered in snow and ice so getting in and out was a problem ??
