Worst customer service ever. The teller didn’t know what they were doing to cash a check and even after I told them the manager told the teller I was being difficult. They didn’t even know how to cash a check made out to cash. What a joke.

ATM is quick, offered in Spanish or English. There is 2 separate terminals both very well lit at night which is good because there isn’t many business open in a very close proximity after 9PM.

Have to move my money to another bank. I had a $15.00 service charge I wanted info on and it took BMO Customer Service 51 mins and 47 sec. to give me the answer. BMO then said they could not reverse the charge. BMO has no regard for it customers time.

I was late getting to the bank and it was closing soon, but the Manager there is so nice, she keep the bank open for me to come in and finish My business. They really put the customer first and are very nice there.

My branch is temporarily closed. The teller who helped me was very friendly and I loved how she double checked everything when issuing my cashiers check. Very professional!

Someone named K. Patel "helped" me today. Apparently there are some changes happening to my account and instead of informing me that there are some changes happening to my account and offer to set up an appointment with a banker, she proceeded to yell my personal business into the drive thru microphone. I told her she was very unprofessional and her response was, "well I disagree." I called our bmo manager at the roselle office and she said the teller should not have handled it this way. I have used bmo for 10 years. My account will be closed this weekend and I will be going to chase indefinitely.
