My mini van's engine siezed up and Scott took care of everything with frequent updates. Everyone who works there is wonderful. Lobby is clean. I would and will continue to recommend them.

All of my interactions have been great. Online booking is very easy to use. The team is easy to talk to and knows their stuff. They are great at explaining what’s going. These guys are honest and fair! I will definitely be using them for all of our automobiles needs!

These guys always take great care of my car. I first started going to them after a horrible experience at another shop where they tried to mansplain the work that needed to be done on my car by comparing it to my nails and makeup… the men at FTD were just as horrified as I was and have always treated me with respect as a woman coming in with car trouble. Thank you guys!!

Been coming to FTD for awhile and even before that when it was Bunge Tire and I have always been treated well and with the most respect. I have had several instances when I had last minute things happen and the guys were able to get me in no problem and help me out. That is why I keep coming back :-) Not to mention they do a great job and the prices are fair. Thanks guys :-)

Helped me in a jam on my 2023 M4 Comp with a piece of metal in my tire needing immediate attention. They were responsive and did a great job. I wouldn’t think twice to use them in the future.

at least for my first time, walking in and got my air tire fixed , and saved myself like 70 more dollars than what i thought that i was gonna spend. yes, the repair car center of napa was successful! once again, i’m pretty sure there’a will be other people that will need help from the car center , yes, give this auto center a chance you won’t be disappointed :)

FTD has gone above and beyond with both of our cars. Getting us ready for a long trip across country. They made sure our vehicles were safe and completely inspected on very short notice. I recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy repairs at a fair price.
