Very helpful and friendly, spends time answering questions. Nahren suggested Mediterranean diet and intermittent fasting to get my blood sugar readings down, and in 3 weeks they have gone from 180 average to 100 ! Some days as low as 75. Can’t wait to get my A1 C reading end of February, right now it’s 7.6, looking for around 6.0. No big box pharmacy has ever taken the time and effort to help me. Thank you to all of you ❤️

They have the best customer service ! They answer all questions . They are very pleasant at all times. They have been very helpful delivery my medications when needed! I am so so pleased with this pharmacy. I will not go to a big chain!

I really can not express enough how great this pharmacy is. My child was diagnosed earlier this year with a scary condition and the entire staff has been so great. Coming in on a day off because I spilled a pill and would have been short. They go above and beyond. You are not just another customer here. They genuinely care for all of their customers. Once you come to Bartlett Pharmacy you will never want to fill your meds anywhere else.

I’ve always had a great experience with Bartlett pharmacy. I’ve been able to get my medication quick and even delivered at times per my request. Pharmacist are very informative when I have any questions and they always try to give me the best price possible. Let me tell you no large chain will go above and beyond trying to find the best price for there patients. I’ve used them a lot for my dogs medications because the vet can over price things dramatically and they were able to give me my dogs meds at a fraction of the price. So support the small businesses around you, trust me it won’t disappoint you!

I have no insurance and I was getting ripped off by CVS for my medication. Decided to come here by several recommendations and they by far have the best cash prices. I am saving so much money. I like that I always get to speak to someone when I have concerns. Thank you for being such a helpful pharmacy and pleasant staff to work with. Tambien hablan español!

Pharmacy changed the price on me when I came in without telling me ahead of time when we discussed the medicine. We literally talked over the phone discussing my mg change in raise and they shared how I needed to get a new script and I agreed and she never mentioned a 33% price raise. When I explained this the rude lady at the front said, “Well who did you talk to” as if to avoid responsibility. There’s only a few people employed here. Does that make a difference? She was trying to poke holes in my concerns. My medicine mg was raised before with no price change. Mind you I have heart diseases and open heart surgery this year - it is a lot for me to come out for my medicine. They used that as an excuse, then said another excuse that the medicine supplier prices went up for them. Several conflicting excuses. Part of the price agreement was because I have to drive two hours total to get the medicine and it factored in my gas. When consider the other pharmacy that does free delivery, it’s no longer worth it. Which is fine but I feel that choice needs to be given to customers ahead of time without the price change sprung up on them last minute after they already came in. That doesn’t feel very respectful. A call notifying me would have been appreciated as they always asked me to respect them by calling when I was ready to get it so they didn’t waste. Id want the same respect in turn. The lady also kept interrupting me when I calmly expressed my concerns which I didn’t appreciate. The other reviews who discuss the woman with a nasty attitude are correct - this rudeness has been a problem the last few times of my coming in. This discussion of customer concerns and their price changes should be able to be had without rudeness. I could hear the owner over the phone her tone in regards to me which wasn’t pleasant also. I feel this is a pharmacy challenge that should be met with kindness. Walgreens would do a notice or call to modify of change or raise of price. I feel a simple “oh wow we are so sorry we didn’t notify you” would have been sufficient instead of defensiveness and I would have bought it with a tip. Just a basic respect for my time to as well as theirs. Yes Bartlett Pharmacy has alternative benefits but I feel these challenges can be met with improvements that do not grieve customers. Like when you forget to do something like notify of price change, just say sorry. Don’t deflect or blameshift. That doesn’t work to appease customers grief.

I got a chronic illness later in life. Before that I was full of life and very active. After becoming ill, I was shocked by the lack of customer courtesy in the big box stores and national pharmacies. There seems to be a systemic attitude of "you need us we don't need you". When my dr told me about this locally owned pharmacy, I hesitated since there wasn't a drive thru. Turns out after being treated poorly yet again, I gave the place a try. It's small, parking is right out front, and no long lines. They also offer delivery. I've been using this place for three years now and not a single visit has been unpleasant. They are always kind and compassionate, which is what the world needs more of right about now. I use this place monthly and would highly recommend to anyone.
