This was our first time visiting Bartlett Animal Hospital. What a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in they make you feel like family, and make your pet feel so welcomed. Dr. Baker and his techs are simply a pleasure. Dr. Baker was so nice and explained her exam as he went. He spent time explaining any questions we had. If you're looking for a place where you want to feel like family and want exceptional care for your furry family member,
Bartlett Animal Hospital is definitely the place. 10 stars!!!!!

Had a bad experience with one of the vets. Voiced my opinion to the manager and she told me to call her whenever I needed to book an appointment moving forward. Still waiting on 2 calls back. Looks like they weren't afraid to lose us as clients/patients like they said they were. We found a MUCH BETTER VET! If you're looking to be treated with kindness and compassion then please start going to Hanover park animal clinic. Night and day difference in customer service and respect. Looking forward to being part of this family moving forward. My pets will be in good hands.

Unfortunately, we had to put my family dog (Indy) down recently and was referred to come to this clinic for the wellness appointment and the euthanasia. One of the vet assistants/technicians, Naomi, was VERY kind and thoughtful about the situation and was very loving with Indy! A very respectful woman. Then I was helped by Dr. Baker which was straight forward but not blunt. He explained the euthanasia process very clearly and helped calm our nerves down when the moment arrived.
I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who's new to the area or wants a great experience! RIP Indyboo

Dr Baker at Bartlett Animal Hospital is awesome, but so is everyone else we've met there. Everyone is kind and professional, knowledgeable, and really loves animals. Now that we've been there, we won't go anywhere else. They take the time to answer my questions but they also take a moment to "introduce" themselves to my husky/ shepherd mix so that she's more comfortable too. Sometimes we're even greeted by a dog at the front desk! I'm so glad our neighbor told us about the Bartlett Animal Hospital.

I do think you have a nice veterinarian clinic and good staff. I would recommend you change you name from Bartlett animal hospital to veterinary clinic. Because in the two times I’ve had an emergency. I was told to take my dog to a hospital emergency room. If you’re not going to take emergencies you shouldn’t call yourself a hospital you should call it a clinic. Just my thoughts.

Love Dr. Baker and his staff. Been a client for over 20 years and we drive from over an hour away. My animals love going for their check ups and to visit. The dogs say 4 paws way up!

I was given a same day appointment with Dr Baker even though he was booked out until the end of the month. He gave our fur baby a very thorough exam and he’s genuinely compassionate and you can see he loves animals. Only vet we will use and have gone to Bartlett Animal Hospital for over 25 years with 4 different dogs. The BEST

Thus was our first visit, and we felt welcomed by the staff. They appeared genuine, and spent time explaining and listening. Dr Baker is competent, knowledgeable and genuinely cares for the pet and owners. He takes more time than any other physician we have used in the past.

My family started going been Bartlett Animal Hospital 30 years ago with Dr. Baker back when they were in the downtown Bartlett area. He has taken the best care of my childhood pups.
When I became a dog owner as an adult I quickly returned to him and the practice after having a terrible experience elsewhere. Dr. Baker listens and truly cares about his patients and their family. He takes the time to explain things and listen, which makes the world of a difference as pets really become family and he recognizes that. I have the upmost trust and respect in him, and know he and his staff will treat us with care and compassion.

We've been taking our dog here for over 15 years and have always received the best of care. We recently had to put the dog down DR Baker to and the staff at Barlett animal hospital could not been kinder and more caring. I would recommend them to anyone. If we get another I will go back to them.

Dr. Baker and his staff are truly amazing. We have been bringing our pets to Dr. Baker for 20 years. Dr. Baker is patient and kind. Anytime we have questions or concerns he always takes the time to explain everything so it is easy to understand. Even when we had to make the hardest decision about putting our dog down Dr. Baker was there to walk us through it and the staff was so caring. We have my aunts dog now and she has become a patient of the practice. I just can't say enough good things about Dr. Baker and all the staff. Keep doing what you do.
