apparently they don’t service large dogs over 80lbs but their website does not state this and they even give you the option to select over 102lbs when scheduling an appointment online.

I have used them two times now for our dog that has seizures when getting into the car to go for vet or grooming. The groomer that has come both times, Aubrey, was very patient and treated our dog with care. I highly recommend this company.

This was the first time using a mobile dog grooming service and I have to say Aussie Pet Mobile exceed my expectations! My Addison (11 year old Pit Bull) is a little timid but the groomer was so good with her. She came out of the van so happy and smelling so good!! He definitely took his time with her and cared about making sure she felt safe and comfortable!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I will be recommending Aussie Pet Mobile to anyone looking for this type of service!!!!

We loved Kain our groomer! We agreed to take things very slow, my big guy has never been to any grooming service that we know of and he's very nervous. Kain took the time our guy needed to feel comfortable jumping up into the van. They weren't able to finish everything since he was no longer cooperating. But he came out looking and smelling fantastic! Thank you guys so much we will be booking our next appointment soon?

I used Aussie Pet several times while living in Laguna Beach and was very pleased with the temperament of the groomers and the quality of the cut. So I felt comfortable leaving my 2-year-old collie in their care after relocating to the Bartlett area. That was a mistake I will never make again. The groomer, Nancy, not only butchered my beautiful dog but caused her to slip out of her collar when exiting the van. My poor dog was clearly traumatized and was running frantically back and forth. She is a sensitive dog who is prone to seizures when under stress, and when I brought her inside, she immediately fell into a seizure. Once the seizure was over, she threw up. This was the most horrific experience I have ever had with a groomer, and my heartfelt recommendation is that if you are ever scheduled with Nancy, hang up the phone and run in the opposite direction. (By the way, it's now 17 hours later, and my dog still has not recovered from the trauma. She had another seizure this morning and threw up her breakfast. Clearly, something happened in that van that Nancy refuses to admit.)... Read More

Aussie Pet Mobile is super convenient, and their prices are affordable. We saw their mobile grooming truck a few years ago and decided to try them out, Now, we use them all the time. We won't trust any one other than Aubrey to care for our pugs. She has become part of our 'extended' family.

Thank you to Aussie Pet Mobile for for mobile dog grooming services in Schaumburg. We love the pet spa treatment you provide provide to our 3 boxers; Moe, Larry, and Curly. They each enjoy being pampered when the others aren't looking, and the they jump over eachother to be first in the mobile pet salon when it arrives. Thank you for keeping 'em Clean and Cute

We needed to have our dog groomed during the quarantine & aussie squeezed us in! They came right to our home and did the whole service right in our driveway! Jeff was very nice and our dilla loved him. He made our dog very comfortable and he looked great when he was done! The price wasn't bad either! We highly recommend aussie for your grooming needs!

I’ve been using Aussie Pet Mobile for almost 9 years now and they’ve been nothing short of amazing!! I have a lab/pit bull who hated to get his nails cut at petsmart and all it did was stress me out!! Aussie Pet Mobile comes to my house and takes that stress out. The groom my dog and cut his nails and they also furminate my cat so that he sheds less! I’ve had the same caretaker, Jeff, for the whole 9 years and he has literally become like family! I highly suggest this service!

Impossible to make an appointment. Called several times, and never got an answer. Left numerous voicemails, asking for the next available appointment, it was during COVID so we are working from home and I told them I could take ANY appointment time. They returned my call only once and left a voicemail leaving pricing information, but no appointment time as requested. I called again, left another voicemail and never got a reply. Tried to make an appointment via email and they said to call them. Emailed me two difference prices for the same dog/service. I was so disappointed as I have heard great things about their service, but it's just too stressful trying to reach them and actually get an appointment.

Both Nancy and Ann are great with my dogs. Very friendly people and gentle with my older dogs that need a little TLC. I really like the convenience of the service and have been using them for many years.
